"Mom! I'm home!"

Harin walked into the kitchen where her mom usually was, but she wasn't there. So, she checked her mom's room and didn't see her there.

The door then reopened, revealing her brother. Harin couldn't be bothered and ignored his presence as she walked past the front door.

"Rin?"

"Hey Rin!"

"Harin!"

Harin sighed unable to ignore his taunting and turned to him after taking off her sweater. "What?"

Her brother gave her his card. "Go buy something for yourself." Harin raised a brow at him. "Why?" Hamin shrugged. "Use it or don't. Up to you." Hamin roughly put his card in her hands, leaving Harin speechless.

Harin was going g to run to her brother and give it back because she didn't wanna waste his hard worked money but then she remembered his dad was some rich guy. She put the card in her phone wallet and went to get ready, texting Jaesim to come with her to the mall.

"Jaesim!!!"

She ran up to him, seeing him from across the street. A car blew right past her as Jaesim pulled her onto the sidewalk. Harin smiled in embarrassment as she looked up at his angry expression.

"The light was green! Why would you run across the street like that?!" He scolded and she nodded. "Sorry, I got excited."

Jaesim shook his head and Harin pulled him to the bus stop.

"Why'd you wanna go fo the mall?"

Jaesim said, hands sliding into his pockets as he watched Harin pull out a card. "That's not yours." He said and Harin smiled cheekily. "I know! It's Hamin's card!"

"Why would he give it to you?" Harin shrugged. "Maybe he decided to be a brother today... I dunno."

Jaesim pursed his lips which Harin took as agreement. "Let's go buy a new outfit or jewelry or something!" She exclaimed happily and Jaesim said "Are you planning on maxing out his card?!" Harin shook her head. "His dad is rich. I can't max it out even if I tried."

Jaesim nodded. "Then you pay with that, I'll use my own money." Harin didn't care. "Ok, up to you, but that means your paying for food!" Jaesim chuckled a bit. His deep voice making Harins ears ring. She smiled. "I'll take that as a yes." She snapped her fingers to be cool saying that.

Jaesim cleared his throat keeping his act up, as he followed Harin into a store.

"Which one looks the nicest? The blue or yellow pendant.." It was a gold chain bracelet with a pendant in the middle. Jaesim looked at it and concluded with "The blue one." Harin nodded and then called for the store keeper.

She smiled at her, and said "Hi, can I get the blue and yellow pendant and the....." She paused for a second to look at the colors. "Oh and the sliver one in the necklaces.." The store keeper nodded and got what she asked for. Jaesim got a set of new rings.

"Who's the necklace for?" Jaesim asked curiously and Harin said "Its for someone." Jaesim nodded and left it at that.

"Hamin I'm back!"

She was ready to give her brother the yellow matching pendant bracelet like hers for being kind, but her gleeful smiled washed off her face as she was met with her mother's angry face.

"Where's the card?" Her mom said in a demanding voice.

Harin looked around for Hamin and saw him in the back, smirking at her with an evil look and she immediately understood what was happening.

"Mom. This is a complete misunderstanding!" She yelled and her mom shook her head in disappointment, leaving Harin in disbelief.

"Hamin told me you stole his card and he checked his account to see you bought expensive jewelry! Why would you do that?!" Harin felt the hatred rush through her body again and she smiled bitterly.

"Why don't you even ask me to know if it's true or not?!" She screamed, throwing a small box on the floor. Her mom slapped her. "Are you implying my son is lying?! And why would he do that!?"

Harin bit her lip to stop herself from fighting her mom. Instead she just left out the front door again, throwing his card on the floor too. She said "Enjoy your stupid bracelet!"
