21. 𝒊'𝒎 𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒊𝒕

Before the concert, Mikage was hesitating to tell you about what he saw earlier in the café, but deciding that the news might hurt your desire and excitement for the concert, he didn't say anything. It was a bit awkward between you two; you were still a bit upset at him for acting so rude towards Kita.

"Why, Mika?" you ask, not wanting to keep the awkwardness between you two since he was your best friend. He sighs.

"I'll tell you after."

"Bu—"

"Trust me, N/n," is all he has to say for you to just sigh and nod because you did trust him.

During the concert, Osamu was having the time of his life. He was sending videos of himself, Kita, and you to Atsumu who was so jealous. On the other hand, Kita was not entirely having a great time. Yes, it was enjoyable and nice to hear you sing and perform, but seeing you on stage with Semi—your 'boyfriend'—hurt him. After the concert, Kita and Osamu split ways as Kita is walking to the place you told him to meet up with you. As Yui is walking out of the restroom, she catches a glimpse of Kita's hair.

'What's he still doing here? I thought he said he was sick?' Curious, she follows after him. "Kita-san!" she calls out. Surprised by the sudden voice, Kita turns around to see Yui.

"Yui? What are you doing here?" So much had happened earlier that Kita totally forgot that there was a possibility of running into her.

"I should be asking you that; what are you doing here? I thought you were feeling sick?" She felt really disappointed when Kita had to leave earlier.

"I—"

"I'm here Shin... what?!" you immediately cover your face.

"L... L/N Y—"

"Please! Do not yell!" you run up to her and cover her mouth a little bit. Yui fangirls a bit and just nods.

"Wait a second," Yui starts before you interrupt her again.

"Let's go backstage, shall we?" Yui happily nods as she follows you but Kita is more nervous than ever now.

'What have I done?'

'Calm down, F/n... be professional about this,' you say to yourself as you sweat. Once you guys get there, you turn around.

"I'm such a huge fan of yours, L/N-san!! I have been watching you since you were in high school and I can't believe that you're right in front of me!" Yui fangirls as you gratefully smile.

"I'm thankful for your support... um..."

"Kakeru Yui!"

"Kakeru-chan," you say with a smile. Kita watches the whole scene in horror.

"Wait... Kita-san, what were you doing there? I thought you had to leave early because you were sick?" Yui asks. You both sweat.

'She knows Shin?'

"I..." Kita tries to come up with an excuse, afraid that you wouldn't want Yui to know about your relationship with him. Suddenly, Mikage walks in.

"Oh! What is this?" he smirks. You all turn to look at him.

"Mika—"

"Oh! It's the guy from earlier!" Yui spits out.

'Guy from earlier?' you ask yourself, confused. Kita was now sweating BALLS, Mikage just decided to show up at the worst time.

"Yes, it's me! I remember seeing you two together, earlier around 5pm!! So, I see you have met the famous, L/n F/n?" Mikage puts on a fake smile. "Well, I'm sorry but the concert's over and we need to get going. I would appreciate it if you didn't talk about this special meeting to anyone! It's not everyday that F/n-chan gets a one on one meeting with a fan. Others would be jealous."

"O-oh! I understand!! Come on, Kita-san, let's go," Yui says and bows to you and Mikage. She grabs hold of Kita's sleeve and pulls him away but he doesn't budge. Staring into your eyes, it's like he's trying to tell you something.

'Please, let me explain first,' he tries to say with his eyes but you give him emotionless eyes and smile.

"Thanks for coming guys. I hope to see you both at another concert." You give a fake smile and wave at them. Yui bows and tries to pull Kita with her once again, but fails.

"I—"

"I'm sorry, but if you won't leave, we're going to need security to make you," Mikage harshly says to Kita.

"Kita-san! Come on!! You can't stay here." Yui desperately pulls on his sleeves as he finally budges and walks away. However, it feels like he's walking in mud. Once they're both gone, your smile drops.

"Is this what you were going to tell me?"

Mikage sighs, "I'm sorry, N/n-chan. I ran into them at the café and it turns out, he wasn't planning to come meet up with you until I kind of... went off at him." Turning to look at Mikage, you give a sad smile.

"What do you expect? I'm used to it already," you try to say as a joke but feel your whole world crashing down like it once did before. 'Nice going, F/n... you did it once again.'

This kinda hurted to write... 😐

Am I too depressing?? All of my stories right now are kind of freakin' angsty and I don't know why?! lol...

Someone send help because I promise I'm not sad and yet I'm writing uncontrollable, unnecessary drama without even thinking!! 🥺
I just want everyone to be happy.

I'm having a really unhealthy obsession over Osamu and how beautifully he is built.... like... so beautiful... ughhhhhhhhhhh.
