"No last name?" He asks suddenly, causing me to jump, still being shaken up,
"W-what?" I stutter out as a reply, my eyebrows furrowed,
"You never told me your last name." He says, smirking slightly.

I look down at my worn converse, "Way." I reply.

"Gerard Way." He mumbles to himself, "What a rad name."

I chuckle at 'rad'.

"What's so funny?" He asks, looking at my amused expression.
"Rad." I repeat, a small smile on my face.

He smiles back playfully.

I get a better look at the boy's face. His hazel eyes. The way his black hair curls slightly at the ends, the sides being bleached, but grown out a great deal, as if he hadn't bothered to cut it in months. The way his eyes crinkled when he smiled, or how he chewed slightly on his lip ring.

"-ou okay?" I hear, my adoration coming to a stop,
  "H-huh?" I ask.
"You okay?" He repeats with a small smile, chuckling.
"Yeah." I sigh awkwardly in reply.

I look up to see we've reached my driveway, seeing as I gave the bo- Frank my address, and he insisted on walking me home.

"You'll be safe for me right?" He asks, an almost worried expression plastered on his face,

Faggot. He doesn't care. My thoughts tell me.

I put on a fake smile, nodding.

He doesn't seem convinced.

"Do you have a phone?" He asks, causing me to nod with a confused expression.
"Could I see it?" He asks, gesturing his hand out.

I hesitantly pull it out, handing it to him.

He hands it back moments later,
"You call me. Anytime, if you need me."
