how to eat tofu when you're a little sick of the same thing:
cut up various vegetables like cucumbers (concumbre), carrots (carrots), celery (celeri) and tofu (tofu), place it in a pan on the stove with oil. then, stir it. next, pour some stiry-fry sauce of your choice (teriyaki, general tao etc.) into the pan. stir. when looks edible, take off the stove.
cook a pot of raw pasta or any pasta of choice, boil until cooked. take off stove. rinse under cold water thoroughly to cool down.
pour into a bowl. take other stir-fried items and stir into the pasta in bowl or plate. then pick a salad dressing of your choice into the bowl. mix. mix well. then, pour a little bit of hoisin sauce on top and some chili garlic sauce or other hot sauce of choice. maybe siracha. stir well.
then, take a fork and dig in. enjoy!!!
