Leo's POV:
I'm so glad Hermione wasn't angry at me when she found out the truth. I didn't want to tell her before because I was actually scared that she would break up with me and I honestly enjoy her company and her weird, naive corky self. I love the way she blushes a lot, it honestly drives me crazy.
Look at me, I use to be a player but right now I'm sounding like a love song
"Leo, pls pass me the ketchup" Hermione said snapping me out of my thoughts
We were currently at the backyard of Brain Freeze, as usual. Hermione prefers this place than the main restaurant it self. Sometimes we just go there to have some fresh air and other times, we go there to have a private picnic like the one we're having right now.
"You know, you should probably stop calling me Leo, you should call me babe, or something like that, how can I be calling you Red while you call me Leo" I said faking anger as I passed her the ketchup she requested for
"Wow" she said chuckling "you want me to call you babe"
"Obviously" I said again and she started laughing
"I won't call you babe, I'll call you Hero because you saved my life that night" she said after she finished laughing her heart out
"You need to forget all about that night, it's all in the past now" I said smirking
"I won't, besides, you have a reason for calling me red, I can't call you babe, it's just meaningless if it has no emotions or meaning that's why Hero is the best name for me to give to you" she said before chewing on some fries
"Your so nerdy" I finally say and we both giggle
"Let's play this game, tell me your deepest secret and I'll tell you mine" I said after five minutes of silence
"Is it really necessary" she said quickly
"Yes, we need to build our relationship in trust for each other" I teased
"OK fine, but don't tell anyone" she finally said after hesitating before pausing and then sighing "When I was little, I had a huge crush on Diego" she said quickly and I started laughing my butt out
"Wait, do you mean Go Diego Go" I asked surprised
"Yes, that's the one" she replied looking away
"How can you be in love with Diego?, what would you tell Dora?" I said still laughing
"I don't need to tell her anything, she's just Diego's Cousin" she said and that made me laugh harder
"I hope you don't still have a crush on him" I asked after my laughter had subsided
"No, I don't" she argued "you, tell me your, what's your deepest secret that no one ever knows about?" She said trying to change the Diego topic
"Well, I used to suck my thumb when I sleep and I didn't stop until last two months" I finally blurted out after keeping her quiet for some minute
"Wow Leo, that's deep and dark" she said keeping a straight as if not wanting to laugh at me
"You know you can laugh right?" I asked her and that was when she bursted out laughing.
"I can't believe you actually suck on your thumb, that's cute, who's an adorable Hero, yes you are" she said using baby voice
"OK, I get it" I finally said to stop her from laughing but that didn't work, she laughed some more for a few seconds before finally taking her breath
"Are you done now?" I asked her
"Yeah, I can't laugh anymore so I guess I am done" she said holding her belly making me chuckle.

"I really love this place because of the flowers" Hermione said picking up a red rose
We were done with our food so as usual, Hermione decided we stay a bit and enjoy nature. I wasn't quite enjoying though except watching her play with flowers are leaves.
"I love rose flowers, they are the prettiest things in the whole world" she said sniffing more roses
"No they aren't" I argued
"They are, I mean if you compare all other............."
"You are" I said interrupting her and she immediately blushed at my compliment and they was a very deep silence
"This is the part of the movie where Hero and Red kisses" I said breaking the silence and she immediately but slowly stands on her tippy toes and press a kiss on my lip before moving backwards looking confused
"So, that's its?, I've been saving my first kiss for someone special all these years thinking it was something special but it's not, it just feels like nothing" she said turning her head away and I laughed like crazy
"Let me show you why?" I finally say before grabbing her hand and placing my lips on hers. I held her tightly around her waist while she just followed my lead holding unto my neck we were there for some minutes before we had to pull away unfortunately because we needed to breathe
"Now, how was that?" I asked after catching my breathe
"It was good Leo, I felt butterflies all around my tummy" she said blushing
"Just good.....you are supposed to say it was the best" I argued
"I can't say it was the best when it's my first" she also argued and her point made sense so I just ignored and again there was a long moment of silence
"We should probably be heading home now Leo, remember we have school tomorrow" she suggested
"You're right, I'll drop you off" I said before packing up all the picnic stuff with her help and hoped into the car to drop her off at her house.
This is honestly, the best date I've ever been to but it didn't so well, Hermione was being all shy about the kiss. Maybe it's because it's her first.
