Chapter 34: College

Leo's POV:

I entered the school building and stared closely at all the students unfamiliar faces, yep, this is gonna be nothing like Addison High.

Hermione got an admission at a school in Canada (no surprise there cause, she is British), Tyler, Luna and Roxy gone theirs in a school in Mexico, while Michael and Renne got theirs in Turkey. I wanted to fight for an admission in Canada and be with Hermione but for some reason I got accepted into a school in Australia and I had to move in a few weeks ago.

I lived in a self-contain apartment with this guy, Hudson. We got along real quickly cause we kind of were alike, we were into the same everything. Only difference was, he was a kind of guy that goes around toying with girls emotions. I remember when I used to be like that, but that was before I met Hermione.  

"Dude, what you doing standing here?, let's go in for classes" Hudson said snapping me out of my train of thoughts
"Yeah, you're right" I say as I begin to move slowly in the hallway of my new school
"I wonder how it's gonna be like being fresh years at college, I mean, I've never been a college student before" I said
"Me too bro, but one thing for sure I'm gonna have huge luck with the ladies, I always do" Hudson said and I just suppressed a chuckle.

I quite used to all his weird, crazy talks. I mean I've spent a few weeks with him so, yeah.

"Check out those girls over there" he said before turning over to them and winking at them
"Dude, can you stop that?" I asked him faking a frown
"No way, I think you should probably do it too" he teased
"No, thank you" I replied with a smirk remembering when I used to do all of that
"Come on, it's just for fun dude, you are being such a psycho nerd" he said again teasingly and I just let out a small laugh before finally getting my schedule from my bag to check my first class which just happened to be Math.
"Fuck, first day of school and I fucking got math" Hudson said irritatedly and I laughed. Turns out we both have the same thing

We got into the classroom and saw a lot of other students already in their seats, some looked nervous, some looked scared, some looked excited, some already looked ready to write while some looked like 'fuck-I-Just-want-to-go-home' (that was honestly how Hudson looked right now).

I searched with my eyes on where we should seat and finally settled in the middle that had three empty seats. We sat there and dumped our bags on the third one waiting for the teacher to arrive.

The class was honestly noisy for first years, I mean come on guys, you don't even know each other.

"Good morning sir" I heard everyone chorus and I turn to my front to find an angry, grumpy and depressed looking woman in front of us looking at us with a stern face of hatred and disgust.

"What's so good about this morning you baboons?" She asked walking around the class room staring at our faces

"I am Miss Griffin and I'll be your math teacher" she said again. She looks quite old to be a Miss, maybe that's why she's arrogant and obviously depressed "I don't know any of your names and I don't really care, so let's start up this class and get to the part where I solve things on the board, give you all some class work, you fail and then I scream at ya" she said turning over to face the white board when the door flung open and just at the right moment Hudson decided to tap me from my side

"Dude, your shoe is untied" he said and I stared at my shoes, yep, they were untied

But how?, I made sure to tie them tightly this morning

I bent down to tie my shoe as I heard Miss Griffin obviously scolding the person opened the door just now

"You are late, and for your first time too.....nope, no, no, no, I don't need any excuses, you truly don't know the importance of a school..... Don't just to talk back young lady, I'll let it go this time but trust me you'll regret thus by next class, and this should stand as a warning for everyone else, never come late to my classes. Now go and get a seat you unfortunate soul"

Gosh, what a woman
I'm sure she takes care of cats or something.

I raised my head after finally tying my shoe lace successfully.
I hope it doesn't loose again.

I saw the girl Miss Griffin had been shouting at walk over to the seat where I and Hudson bags were as that was the only empty seat in the whole classroom, seeing bags and I was next to them, she quickly realized it was mine and next thing she was talking to me
"Hey sugar, sorry to bother you but chairs are for asses, OK?"

I recognize that voice, it's so familiar
I looked closely at the person talking to me, the black regular eyes, the shiny black hair, the pale skin colour and it was then I realized

"Anya?!"

I finally did it,
I completed a book,

Yep you heard me right, that's the end of Heartbreakers.
I love the way I ended it in suspense and yeah, there is no bonus chapter because that would totally ruin my suspense. Hehehe

I'm so gonna miss all these characters and all the nights I stayed awake just to update.
I could just cry 😭 but I won't because I'm happy I completed a book 😊
