It only affects 5-10% of women in the world.
PCOS affects the hormones,
causing things such as menstrual disorders
and even infertility!
Not many people will know what it is,
causing women with the disease
to have to constantly explain it.
Explainations, as we all know,
aren't always easy.
How do you explain a disease
that causes one to
grow excessive hair in odd places,
have little or no periods,
and even become infertile?
It's not a fun disease
or something to make fun of.
It's something that
can be extremely hard on someone,
especially when they want kids
and become infertile.
