A few months later, after what had happened at the power plant and after having announced a temporary retirement from detective work in hopes of getting a vacation for once, Mystery Inc. was enjoying some time on the beach.
"Man, like, it feels great to finally have a vacation from mystery solving without something interrupting it." Shaggy days as he makes a sandwich
"Yeah, but, life doesn't feel the same without The Mystery Machine, or Retropoint, I guess we should call him." Fred replies
Everyone nods in agreement, missing Retropoint, having not seen him in months and hoping that wherever in the universe, that he's ok.
That's when the honking of a car horn was heard behind them in the direction of the road. They all look over and.....The Mystery Machine is back. Everyone walked over and got in.
"Howdy there, partners. I'm back." Retropoint said
Fred smiles a little and said, "We're so happy you're back."
"Thanks for coming back, Retropoint." Daphne states
"I'm lucky they even let me come back to y'all, partners." Retropoint says
Shaggy and Scooby hop out than pack up the stuff from the little beach vacation into the back of The Mystery Machine as they get in themselves.
After coming to a stop at a set of traffic lights, the lights seemed to be at red for a longer amount of time that usual. That's when a yellow Camero with black stripes rolls up and sits there.
"Hello, Bumblebee." Retropoint greets
"Bumblebee???" Everyone days in confusion
Some beeps and quiet whistles seem to come from the Camero.
"These humans in me are some close friends if mine. Their names are Fred Jones, Velma Dinkley, Daphne Blake, Shaggy Rogers, and Scooby-Doo." Retropoint explained
Bumblebee curiously beeped a few times.
"Yes, partner, the one and only Mystery Incorporated." Retropoint responds
Fred rolled down the window and looks at the Camero.
"It seems you two know each other." Fred says
"Yes, indeed we do, partner." Retropoint responds. "Say, how about you and I race like we always did in the past, Bumblebee?"
Bumblebee beeped a few more times and let out a few whistles.
"Then you're on, partner." Retropoint says as Fred gets back in The Mystery Machine
The two card rev their engines and their tires spin. The exact moment the traffic lights go green, the cars speed off.
"RScooby-Dooby-Doo!!!!" Scooby cheers out the back window
