Hermes approached where Zeus sat on his throne, glaring down imposingly.

"You have the information I requested?"

"Yes," Hermes stated. "But, father, I'm afraid I still don't understand. This Sally Jackson-- she's just a child. And fully mortal, at that. What could she possibly mean to you?"

Anger flashed across Zeus's eyes, as bright as his lightning bolts. "Is it your place to ask?"

"Well, I am the god of information, but I suppose in the particular case, no."

"Then give me the information I asked for."

Hermes sighed. "Fine. You'll have your opportunity, and soon. She and her parents will be on a commercial flight across New York to Virginia next Thursday."

For the first time since he'd been plagued with his vision, Zeus smiled. "Perfect."
