Friar & Farkle, Part 1

I emerged out of the shower to see my room was empty, No lucas in sight. I changed into my outfit for the day, a neon green lace see through bodysuit tucked into baggy black ripped jeans. I put on a black coat as well as my classic black louboutins.

I did my makeup pretty natural with a glossy lip and left my hair naturally curly. I sprayed my favourite perfume on before leaving my bedroom, making my way to the living room where Farkle and Lucas sat talking "Miss Hunter!" Farkle beamed

"Maya! I'm not fancy like you guys are" I giggle "wheres riley?" I add, sitting down beside Lucas on the couch "she is also getting ready" Farkle replied "you look good" Lucas' eyes trailed over me beside him

I smiled, "thanks!" I reply happily. We made small talk until Riley finally came out of her bedroom "hey! Where's your see through top like Maya's?" Farkle pouted "I do not dress like Maya" She replied simply

"Yea Riley prefers a whole volunteered librarian look" I smirk earning a playful glare from her "I like the see through tops though" he continued "hey! Eyes off my girlfriends top..you stick with your librarian" Lucas chuckled, standing up and taking my hand to pull me up with him

"Okay..okay.." Farkle laughed too "can we go! I wanna see whatever it is!" Riley bursted happily. We nodded, leaving the apartment and making our way back down to the cars "I'll drive" Lucas stated, unlocking his car

Riley and I sat in the back while him and Farkle sat in the front, "oh does Farkle not get a hand on his thigh like I do?" I furrow my eyebrows "no thank you" Farkle quickly replied "yea..no.." Lucas agreed

"Riles! He does this thing where he drives with only one hand on the steering wheel and it's the hottest thing I've ever seen..I.." I trail off, not being able to finish my sentence from the dorky smile growing on my face "I wanna see! Do the sexy thing! Do it, do it!" Riley spoke louder, her attention on Lucas across from her

He chuckled softly, placing one hand on the middle console and having the other rest on top of the steering wheel, turning it by barely moving his hand, his body laid back against the chair "See! See!" I point, my eyes wide

"I'm literally getting fanny flutters" Riley muttered. With that, Lucas and I started laughing, Lucas changing positions again so that he wasn't holding it with one hand "Hey! I thought only I gave you those!" Farkle protested

"what's fanny flutters?" lucas questioned confused. "Farkle, would you like to explain, dear" Riley smirked. He sucked in a breath, "it's like when you get butterflies in your stomach because you're nervous or excited, but they get it..down there.." he explained making Riley and I laugh

"How is that even possible..you can feel it?" Lucas questioned "it's just like a tickle like a funny feeling" I explain "ohh..strange.." he chuckled as he continued to drive, pulling into a carpark of a sky high building

We got out of the car, making our way over to the closed doors, he opened them, inside was a whole bunch of construction, people painting and laying down tiles "wow!..a construction site..aren't you the best boyfriend in the world..that's exactly what I wanted to do today..!" I smile unenthusiastically, wrapping my arms around his and leaning my head on his shoulder

He kissed my forehead, "it's more then just construction, Baby" he stated "well what is it?" Riley spoke up from beside me "this is our new hotel" Farkle Beamed. I lifted my head off of Lucas' shoulder, "you bought a hotel?" I furrow my eyebrows

He nodded, "sure did. We're renovating right now but we're due to open in about three months" he explained "w-when did you buy a hotel?" Riley stuttered "it was a spontaneous purchase while we were in Paris" Farkle smirked

"Spontaneously buys a hotel.." I mumble amazed "what are you gonna name it?" I look up to him "we've already named it" Lucas smiled proudly "omg what is it! I wanna know!" Riley asked Farkle excitedly

Farkle went over behind a desk, what I assume eill be the front desk, and pulled the big cloth off of the wall to reveal the letters in gold displayed across the wall "Friar & Farkle Co." I read aloud "oo I like it" I add

"That parts not the exciting part though.." Lucas smiled to me, "buying a hotel seems pretty exciting" I laugh. He took my hand, leading me over to the elevator along with Riley and Farkle

"There's four floors of the building that we've changed up, there's a whole other reception up here as well as bars and a few shops are going onto the first floor, the next three floors after it are exclusive suites. They're a lot more expensive, a lot better designed as well. after grand opening, the hotel will be put on New York's top 5 most luxurious places to stay" Farkle explained as the elevator took us up to a certain floor..
