Freedom of Daffodil

Fly away my dear Daffodil
Far away from the clutches of evil
Far away from the danger that you yourself poses
Far from the evil glances of the people before you.

Why must they look at you like that?
With scorn on their faces,
With disgust in their eyes
Have you dine something worth those stares?

Flying free and never bound
You seek to be free from these chains
You seek freedom the birds have
Though only be shot down after a shot two or three.

But do not worry my dear Daffodil
For you are to be filled
With the desire you so much wanted
With the prayer you yourself claimed.

So...

Fly away my dear Daffodil
Far away from the clutches of evil
Far from the danger that you yourself poses
Far from the evil glances of the people before you...

Don't let them catch you with their hands.
