native americans only make up 2% of the u.s.'s population and i just learned that five minutes ago ??????
i feel sick to my stomach ?????? like i literally want to throw up
i've been asking why i haven't met a real native american since i was in second grade because there's so many things and places where i live and in georgia alone that are named by the natives and no one has ever cared enough to answer me for real
like yeah i know about the genocide and massive oppression of the natives but i just assumed they would have at least half of the numbers black people do but apparently not
this is crazy and very distressing, folks
