About a year ago I hurt myself in guard but turns out that my ankle was already in bad shape (which the doctor didn't know till he was working on my ankle) so because of hurting it in guard I tried physical therapy but it hurt and I felt it making it worse so I decided to have surgery and today I got surgery and the doctor said it was a good thing I choose surgery because I was right and PT was making it worse, so now I'm in split like thing for 2 weeks then I go back to him and I honestly have no idea what happens from here. All I know is he said it will be better in the long run but that guard might be out of the question now. So if I don't answer it is because I am knocked out from pain meds.
