kite fights,
heavy hearts.
our heads in the sky
just to escape
the noise underneath.
you tell me
all your secrets
lend me
the broken peices
under the stars
and i sit there
listening, accepting,
hoping-
maybe someday
you'll come to me
in the name of love
and not just need.
.....(A/N: for anyone who's wondering..Kai po che is an Indian phrase ( a Gujarati word, actually) which, in English simply means 'I have cut'. It's commonly used while flying kites. It's a victory shot, implying that one has just cut the string of the other kite.)
