LEGACY'S POV

"So how did it go" I asked Lorenzo as he sat next to me on my blanket I bought.

"My mom always giving that stupid talk about how I better be a good boyfriend and not fuck it up. Then you know dad just sitting there to back my mother up when she needs him." He said before kissing my cheek. I smiled and shook my head.

"Your parents seem really amazing and fun" I said to him and he nodded.

"Yeah they are great" he mumbled and I stood up. I took my cover up off revealing my green bikini. I heard Lorenzo do a wolf whistle making me laugh and wave him off.

"I'm going to the water" I said to him before walking down the water. I felt his eyes on me making me look back at him. He was biting his lip and stood up walking toward me. I sent him a wink before walking into the water. It was a little cold but wasn't too bad.

"Legacy" Miya said as she swam toward me. I smiled at her and she floated next to me.

"So when are you and Lorenzo going to make it official" she asked being her nosey little self.

"The sane day when you and Jas stop fucking all the damn time" I remarked making her gasp dramatically.

"But that will never happen" She said making me laugh. I knew she was going to say that.

"I'm just playing but I don't know. I mean I feel like we a couple already. He had his mom on the phone and called me his girlfriend to her. So I guess we are already" I said shrugging as I looked at him. He was talking with Jas laughing it up.

"You met his mom?" Miy asked loudly. I quickly shushed her but nodded yes to her question.

"I had him call her to tell her that we were here and she wanted to talk to me" I mumbled before shrugging like it was nothing when it really was something.

"Girl that's huge for you to already met the mom" she said looking at me. I sighed agreeing with her.

"But I mean maybe he didn't mean to say girlfriend. I don't think he would want a chubby girlfriend anyway" I said as my insecurities pushed into my head.

"Legacy I thought we were passed that" Miya said sadly and I sniffle as I looks away.

I have many insecurities and I use to let them over power me a lot but Miya helped me get over them. Or at least I thought she did.

"We were Miya but I don't know I feel like having a guy back in my life brought them back" I mumbled as I cry. Miya swam closer to me and hugged me as I cried in her shoulder.

"What if he doesn't like me because of my weight and size" I mumbled as i moved from her shoulder and look at her.

"Then he is a damn fool" She said wiping my eyes. I laughed and shook my head.

"Legacy if I can find love when I'm also plus sized then you can as well" She continued and we both looked at Jas and Lorenzo who were already looking at us. Lorenzo looked like he wanted to come over to me.

"He likes you a lot Leg. You just have to let him in so he can show you" she whispered to me before looking at me. I nodded and wiped my eyes again as Jas and Lorenzo swam to us. I ducked under the water to try and have the water hide my tear stained face.

"You okay mamas" He said as I came up from the water. I nodded and swam closer to him before wrapping myself around him. I wrapped my legs and arms around him. He gripped the back of my thighs before looking at me.

"I really like you Lorenzo" I mumbled to him as I pushed my hair out of my face. He smiled and rubbed my thighs softly.

"I like you a lot too Legacy" he whispered to me. I looked at Miya as her and Jas stared at us waiting. I blushed and looked back at Lorenzo.

"Can we move away from the staring eyes" I whispered into his ear as I looked at him. He nodded and swam us away from the other couple.

"What's up mamas. I saw you crying over there, is everything okay?" He asked still holding me in his arms.

"I just got a little insecure that's all." I mumbled truthfully. He sent me a smile before making me look at him.

"Whenever you feel insecure, I want you to tell me. Because I want to let you know each time that you are the most beautiful woman ever. You may have curves but that's what makes you a real woman. You are who I want to be with so I want you to know that every inch of you is beautiful." He said to making tears spring into my eyes. I nodded and looked down wiping my eyes.

"Don't cry baby also I want to ask you something" he said making me look at him. He helped me wipe the rest of my tears away before giving me a smile.

"Will you be my girlfriend?" He asked making me laugh. I nodded yes repeatedly.

"Yes I'll be your girlfriend" I said and he smiled before wrapping his hand around my neck in a choking stance before kissing my lips softly. I moan when I felt him choking me softly before kissing him back. I was still wrapped around him but I desperately wanted to be closer if it was even possible.

"Your mine" he whispered against my lips. I bit my lip as I felt the butterflies at his words.

"I'm yours"
