*ATTENTION*

hey loves, I promise this won't take long...but can I just say that I am seriously so sick and tired of all the hate happening in the world and within our personal lives and such.
Like I can't even go a day without hearing something hateful, seeing a negative comment, or just turning on the news and witnessing all the bad things happening. I just want you all, every single person reading this right now, at this moment all over the world whether it be in Africa, France, Germany, Canada, United States, Milwaukee, wherever please know that I am here to talk whenever. Even if this chapter was posted a long time ago and you're just now reading this, I am still open to talk💕 I don't care if you're a guy or a girl, I don't care if you're twelve or thirty and I don't care if you're black, white, brown, or yellow for goodness sakes- just know that I am here. Always. And know that YOU. ARE.  LOVED! THERE IS THIS PRETTY COOL GUY NAMED JESUS WHO LOOOOVES + ADORES YOU!
I couldn't handle it if someone came across this book and was going through some hard times in their life and had no one to talk to and hurt themselves mentally or physically, knowing I have this platform and can offer my presence as a form of comfort or just be a person that simply listens when you have something to say.
I HATE HATE let's not spread any more of it, okay?
ANYWHO THANKS FOR COMING TO TODAY'S TED TALK-

*Eben's POV*

"Oh my-" I say, looking away from the pilots in the ground.
Kay and I walk back to the luggage.
I turn on my phone and see that I have almost full bars and a 73% battery.
"Thank goodness." I sigh and dial 911.
"911 what's the emergency?" The lady answers.
"Yeah, I was on a flight to New York, when an engine on the plane went out. We crash-landed in the middle of this big field. I am not aware of our current location. There are many injured and the pilots got it pretty bad, please send help quickly!" I said as calmly as I could.
"Okay, we are sending responders now. Please keep your phone on so we can trace the call to find your location."
"I will!" I say, my breaths are ragged.
I see Kay on the phone with someone and walk over there.
"Alright. I love you too, okay I will- yes mom, yes, mom okay- I know I know-" Kay is saying and laughing into the phone while speaking to her mother.
I smile and dial my own mother.
"Hello?" She answers.
"Hey momma," I say. It's been a while since I've spoken to her.
I feel bad.
"Eben!" She says happily.
"How are you?!" She asks.
"Well, right now not so good. I was on a flight to New York and then there was a crash landing. Don't worry! Everything is under control now and I'm uninjured... I only hit my head but everything's all right. I just wanted to call you because it made me realize how everything can change in an instant. I'm so, so sorry for not calling you every day- you deserve better than that. I will do better mom." I say, my voice cracking with emotion.
It's silent for a moment after I let all of that rush out.
"Honey I love you so, so much. You mean the world to me and I am sorry for not keeping contact with you as often as I should. Heck, I didn't even know you were leaving California to go all the way across the state. I'm sorry, so sorry." She says while holding back tears.
We talk for a little more and I hang up when I see the ambulance approaching.
I walk back to where Kay is standing and we wait for the ambulances to get closer, cutting through the field.
The ambulance skids to a stop and the paramedics run out of it, straight to where people are surrounding the pilots.
There is a huge line of hotel shuttles that pull into the field.
People notice them and start gathering their things, including Kay.
I grab my things and we walk towards the first shuttle nearby that's not already filled.
We hop in and see other people lined up waiting for more shuttles.
As the shuttle fills, I look around.
We just survived that.
I just survived a plane crash.
All of the people in here are shaken up.
The shuttle seats are all facing each other, there are two rows.
I see a man who has a scratch stretching diagonally across his face, he's got a paper towel in his hands, dampening the blood.
Beside him are a mother and daughter.
The daughter looks to be about seven or eight, and she looks scared. The mother is on the phone with someone, talking rapidly.
There are a man and a woman, holding hands and leaning into each other, clearly alarmed by what just happened.
I look at Kay who is fiddling with her fingers, she looks like she's about to cry.
I tilted my body towards her.
"It's okay. We're safe now. We're not in danger anymore." I tell her.
She just kinda looks up at me and gives me a weak nod and small smile.
I sigh and lean back as the shuttle starts taking us to the nearest rest area.
"Is everyone okay? Is there anyone injured that we missed?" The driver asks as we get on the road.
I look around and hear a few "no" s and head shakes.
Kay then takes another puff of her inhaler.

*Daniel's POV*

"Ughh how much longer of this?" I ask as we keep moving further into the flower field.
We've been here for almost two hours, and I'm ready to go.
Everyone's already taken so many photos, and we've already been through the whole field.
Twice.
We should be able to leave!
"Not long! We're almost done." Y/n laughs and smiles back at me after taking a quick photo of Lavender.
"You said that thirty minutes ago." I sigh.
I watch her as she happily skips through the field. Every once in a while she stops to take photos.
I smile and take out my phone, video taping her for memories.
"Daniel look- it's like a sky blue!" She picks the flower and brings it over to me.
I show the camera the flower.
"It matches your eyes." Y/n says as she holds it up to my face.
"For my little flower." She says and puts the flower behind my ear.
AAHHHH
HOW CAN SHE BE SO CUTEEE
"You're beautiful." I tell her, trying not to let her see that I'm internally screaming.
"Says the utter masterpiece." She scoffs and laughs, pointing to me.
"I am- aren't I?" I jokingly say and attempt to pose.
She rolls her eyes.
Its then that I lose balance and fall, reaching for her, into the row of flowers and pull her down with me.
Like every cliche movie scene, she lands on top of me and we're face to face.
We both burst out laughing and I look over and pick a violet flower and put it behind her ear.
"For my little flower." I whisper.
She blushes and smiles.
Suddenly, a little boy comes into view and points at us.
"What's your name?" He asks me.
I chuckle and glance at Y/n.
"Excuse me?" I ask as Y/n and I get up off the ground, dusting our pants off.
"You look familiar." He shrugs.
"My sister is over there." He points to a girl who keeps glancing over here.
"She told me to walk by you and see if you look like this guy." He continues and holds up a phone with a photo of me on it.
I laugh.
"Well, do I look like him?" I ask, nodding towards the phone.
The kid looks from the phone to me.
"Eh." He shrugs. "Kinda. This guy's from a boyband and no offense but you don't look like someone from a boyband." He says looking me up and down and turns around to walk off.
"Wait-kid-!" I say trying to stop him.
"That's me!" I say, even though he keeps walking away.
Y/n laughs.
"I think she's a fan." She says, nodding towards the kids sister.
"Yeah. Lets  go over there real quick." I say and grab her hand.
As I start walking I realize she's not moving.
"What's wrong?" I ask, turning back.
"I don't think she wants to see me." She chuckles.
"Why not?" I ask.
She sighs. "Nobody knows that we're like... together." She says and looks down.
"Well the cats gotta come outta the bag somehow." I say.
"Yeah, but they might not like me." She says and keeps her head down.
"What? Yes they will! They'll love you, actually." I say, outstanded that she thinks they won't like her.
"Daniel, you don't understand. Some fans get possessive, even if they don't know you in real life. They won't like me. I know it." She says.
"Hey," I say and walk back to her.
"Listen, I know some fans do get like that. They're toxic as much as I hate to say it. The real ones love and support us. And call us out when we make mistakes. People are always gonna hate, no matter what you do. Don't let their opinions stop you from being happy. Its our life and our relationship, not theirs." I say and lift her chin up with my finger.
She smiles and gives me a hug.
"What would I do without you?" I ask as I hug her tighter.
"Ditto that." She laughs.
I grab her hand and together we walk over to the group of girls, as we approach them, they all start fidgeting with their hands and hair.
"Hey!" I say as we closer.
"Oh my gosh, you're Daniel Seavey, right?" One girl says with a huge smile across her face.
"Perhaps." I say and smile.
Her jaw just drops once she hears my voice.
I laugh and give them all hugs as they squeal and take their phones out to take pictures and videos.
"Where's Zach?" One of the girls ask.
"Uh he's somewhere around here." I say, looking around.
"And the other guys too?" Another pipes up.
"Yes!" I answer.
Y/n sneezes and the girls take notice to her.
Their jaw quickly drops when they see I'm holding her hand.
"Wait- who are you?" A girl asks.
Y/n glances at me wide eyed and clears her throat.
"I-Im Daniel's g- I'm Daniel's girlfriend." She says quietly.
They stand there, jaws gaping and silent.
Synchronously, they all jump up and down and squeal, loudly.
"Oh. My. Gosh-"
"I-"
"AHHH-!"
When Y/n sees that they aren't upset, she loosens her tight grip on my hand and starts to laugh a little.
"Wait, can we get a photo?" One of them ask.
"Uh, yeah, I guess." Y/n smiles.
One girl hands me her phone and they all crowd Y/n.
"One, two, three!" I say and take a photo of them all.
As I give the girl her phone back, they all swarm her, asking her to send it to them.
I wink at Y/n as she stands there, smiling.
