Host grunted, waking up from the punch to his temple, his surroundings being messed up as he couldn't see straight.
The boy groaned, blinking under the bandages that he had had on for days now, maybe even a week?
Host didn't know how long he had been there for, but he knew he would get out soon. He had a feeling.
He took a deep breath, the cloth still tied around his mouth, not being able to speak, which Host had to give it to them, they were smarter than they all looked.
He vaguely remembered what Die was speaking to him about before he was knocked out, widening his eyes when he recalled about what was said about Marvin and what they planned for the school.
Host growled, glaring at the walls around him. He had been trying to wiggle out of the ropes on his wrists for ages, which meant they had gotten somewhat lose around him.
The cloth around his mouth, on the other hand, was constantly checked to see if it would fall off any time soon, so it kept getting tightened each day.
That was a bad thing to do, on the villains part. Check the cloth around his mouth but not the ropes keeping his strapped down.
Host struggled against the loose ropes, his wrists bleeding as the ropes dug into his skin, but he was used to it by now seeing how many hours a day he had been doing that.
He then pulled hard on the rope, his right wrist being completely free as the rope snapped, causing a loud noise to set off as it broke.
'Didn't realise I wore it out that much,' Host thought, sighing in relief as he tugged at the cloth around his mouth, it now hanging loosely around his neck.
"Host spots a knife hanging from the ceiling," Host narrated, looking upwards and seeing what he said. "He watches as it falls, impaling itself into the arm of the chair Host is in. Host sighs in relief that it hadn't hit him as he picks it up."
Host now had the knife in hand, cutting the rope that was around his left wrist before continuing and slicing the rope around his abdomen and then his two ankles.
Host then dropped the knife which made a clanging sound as it hit the ground, the male standing up only to stumble, quickly gripping onto the wall near where he was seated.
He took a few deep breaths, finding the door and trying to open it, but it was locked, not to his surprise.
Host let out a huff, having to stumble along the walls in case he fell and looked up at the window that was fairly close to the roof, so he couldn't reach it. He slowly walked towards the chair and dragged it with him towards the window.
He had also grabbed the knife and stood on the chair, being able to look outside seeing he was on the first floor of a building so he would be able to crawl out if he broke the window seeing as there wasn't a way to open it.
Host turned the knife to where he was loosely holding the blade with the handle of the knife facing the glass. He withdrew his arm from the window before slamming it at full force at the glass, a loud smashing sound coming after, glass flying everywhere.
Host flinched as a few shards of glass cut into his skin, but he wasn't all that worried. He tossed the knife out through the window, hearing it clatter on the ground outside. He pushed the stray pieces of glass off of the frame, making sure he wouldn't get cut, but there was still a chance.
He lifted himself up, his hands getting cut by the small shards of glass he didn't notice before, the boy wincing in pain as he pulled himself through the broken window.
