Components of flag:
Red stripes surrounding a white stripe. This means that she has a cold outer shell, like Russia, but when you get through that, she can be very sweet and protective.
The blue bear. The bear is Russia's National animal.
Eight stars. The stars represent the different sections of her province.
The eagle holding a scroll. The eagle is America's National animal. The scroll stands of a deceleration, similar to the declaration of independence.
