Hoseok was literally drowning his own thoughts.

His gaze was transfixed onto the road, a blank look on his delicate yet strong features.

He was so immersed in his thoughts that he didnt even notice himself turning the car towards an exit on the highway despite the GPS lady's constant protests.

"Uhm, Hoseok." Yoongi didn't get any response from the dazed boy, so he cleared his throat. That seemed to work.

Hoseok snapped out of his thoughts and looked at Yoongi, "What?"

"You're exiting the highway...? I thought you wanted to go to Seoul." Yoongi mumbled. The atmosphere was thick with a sort of dullness, depression, despite there being (small) conversation.

It seemed as if everything were still silent.

Hoseok looked at the road, "Shit," He cursed. "Fuck. Umm... let's just uh.. keep going. This is a one-way road, I can't turn around. Maybe we'll find a way back to the highway." He muttered half-heartedly.

Yoongi, despite having a very less social level back at home could read behaviour quite well. He could tell something was up.

"Right..." Yoongi spoke quietly.

Hoseok kept driving on the small road, heading away from the highway by every passing minute.

-

"Oh look." Hoseok exclaimed, pointing at the small-looking town in front of them.

After driving for what seemed to be hours (it was actually a very quiet ten minutes), they came across a little village sitting behind. Hoseok and Yoongi could see small silhouettes of people walking around, and a bunch of small red roofed-homes.

Hoseok drove into the town, Yoongi looking out of the window curiously. Living in the city for his entire life, he had never really seen a rural area before.

Fascinated by the deprivation of a lot of cars and noise, Yoongi stared at people like a curious puppy who had been released into a park for the first time, as Hoseok cautiously drove through the streets.

There were not too many people, and mostly everyone was walking to their destination or riding a bicycle. A very few cars were actually driving around, the small amount of cars were parked on the roadsides.

Hoseok watched as a few curious people stared at them, as if someone had drawn a cartoon moustache on his face.

Wait, was there?

He scoffed, deciding to park the somewhere and hopefully get directions from one of the locals. He checked the fuel.

The needle was dangerously close to empty.

Frowning, his glance shifted to Yoongi who was mesmerized by the small town.

Cute.

Wait, what-

Hoseok blushed, coughing loudly. Yoongi looked at him, "What now?"

"Just follow me. They probably don't know who we are-"

"Oh god! It's the guy who kidnapped the son of Mr. Min!" A woman with large, hooped earrings and beautiful brown skin pointed at them, screaming. She pulled her phone out and dialed 911.
