Half-Pint Confessions [Poetry]

My Goddess

As I lay awake, I fall asleep to a vision of you dancing in light.
So much perfection as you twirl and twine
A goddess
A halo around your crown
I'm heavenly bound every night
Her hair flows down her back like beautiful black onyx
It sways and flurries around her face
A sight I could never unsee
Her tiny feet arch off the floor as she spins and spins
Small patters on the floor
The small curve of her hips, the firmness of the arch in her back
Skin like satin
I caress and adore her spirit, mind, and body every night
Kissing the curve of collar bones right at the little dip
Feathering kisses alone the lines
a gentleness that is almost unbearable
Slow movements and loving touches
I love her body and her mind
The way her lashes kiss her checks
The pinkness in her flustered cheeks and the parting of her lips is peaceful
I crave to hear her voice
I worship her
Satisfying her quenching needs
I can feel the ripple of her spine beneath my fingertips as she moves
A dream that which I don't want to wake from, I don't want to leave each morning my goddess
Is this a dream or reality
Made not on earth
A goddess in my eyes
