Wormys Tail Mishap

"Wormtail" Sirius screamed as he transformed into a human and ran over to the rat lying motionless on the grass.
"Pete, answer me" He said as his eyes trailed down to the bloody stump on the end of the rats little furry bum. Remus suddenly heard a feint squeak as a short hunched man erupted in front of the three men covered in blood and sores all over his back.
"Your cousin's a nutter" Peter said quietly forcing a smile at Sirius the Marauders had just been ambushed by Bellatrix Lestrange for her idea of fun.
"We better get you to St Mungo's" Sirius replied quickly heaving Peter into the sidecar of his motorbike and riding away leaving Remus and James to walk home.

*The Potter Residence*

"Why are you guys so sweaty" Lily asked as they walked through the door. "and whose blood is that"
"Pete's blood" Remus panted "we had to walk home Pads and Wormy are at St Mungo's now. Lily ran into the kitchen and brought them some water "Well it looks like my surprise is going to have to wait then " lily said disappointed.
"Surprise??" The boys questioned
"Later" Lily said "Peter comes first"

*Saint Mungo's*

James, Lily and Remus burst through the doors of the Hospital
"Lily Evans James Potter and Remus Lupin, were here to see Peter Pettigrew" Lily demanded, slightly scaring the healer at the front desk. She hesitated and took the 3 adults into a room with an almost empty bed. Peter was lying there randomly switching between himself and Wormtail muttering and screaming as he tossed from side to side in the bed.
After a minute the Healer spoke,
"I'm Healer Cullen, and I'm happy to announce that the curse hit him as an animagus so that doubles his survival chance but he will have a harder time transforming for the next few months but he will survive, as soon as these words escaped the Healers mouth the whole room was filled with relieved sighs except for Sirius who was sitting in the corner of the room silently sobbing to himself
"It's my fault Pete, It's my fault your like this it's my fault because she's my mother fucking family" he cried as the others went over to comfort him,
"Mate, it's not your fault it's only Bellatrix to blame" James reassured him giving Sirius a hug. They left St Mungo's later that night and all stayed at the Potters trying to think positively about the future. After a few bottles of Firewhisky the night concluded at 1am because Remus and Lily insisted they put their crazy drunk husband's to bed.

"Remus" lily said
"Yeah" he replied
"You know how I was saying I had a surprise for you guys well..."
Remus couldn't believe it he was going to be the first one to find out.
'BANG' a noise erupted from down the hall and a pair of antlers poked through the doorway, a giant stag with a black dog riding it was running around the house. They ran out and grabbed the two animals and leashed them like dogs until they called and turned into men, The other two decided that the best thing to do was to give them a sleep motion and put a full body bind curse on them until the morning and they went back to their conversation in the living room.
"Hmm, Where was I" Lily questioned herself "Oh right yes" she had tears forming in her eyes by now,
"I-I'm..." She stuttered
"I'm Pregnant" she said with an overjoyed looking her face.
