Joshua sighed in his seat. A week had passed by since Yuki and him had started dating, however, there was no progress whatsoever in their relationship. Because of this, Joshua pondered, was I tricked? Did he only asked me out because of a dare? And even if Yuki did want to date Joshua without anything sketchy behind his motives, why hadn't the other approached him throughout the whole week?
Joshua wanted to rip his hair out in frustration, but the loud ringing of the bell prevented him from doing so. He took a deep breath and stood up but it was soon turned into a sigh. By the door stood no other than Yuki himself.
"Darling" Yuki purred making Joshua cringe at the sudden nickname. "Let's go on a date"
"A date?" Joshua hissed. "After a whole week of ignoring my existence? Nope, I'm not doing it"
The other smirked. "Sorry~" He clinged to Joshua's back. "I was occupied and couldn't really talk to people, so as an apologize, please accept my offer of having a date" Yuki burried his face on Joshua's neck. "What do you say?"
Joshua blushed at the feeling of warm air hitting his bare neck, causing all kinds of weird feelings jump around in his stomach. "O-ok then"
"Great!" The raven haired male grabbed Joshua's hand and led him out the school.
"Wait, where are we going?"
"We're going to the mall" Yuki smirked. "There are many things I want to do there. Some that may help you in many ways"
Joshua gulped. "We won't do anything bad right?"
Yuki smiled. "Of course not!" He squeezed Joshua's hand. "Trust me on this, ok?"
Joshua nodded and allowed Yuki to drag him into the mall. However, he soon wished he had escaped when he could for the other would ask Joshua to follow him inside various stores where the raven haired boy would pick out many different clothes and make Joshua try them. Although, they mostly didn't buy them all, at the end of the day Yuki had bought him at least three sets of clothes, some that made Joshua uncomfortable. However, he couldn't help but feel grateful for most of the clothes were nice and modern, apart from being expensive.
"Yuki" Joshua held his wrist as the other pushed him into the changing room. "Don't you think we have bought enough?"
"What do you mean?"
Joshua hesitated. "Look, I appreciate the thought, but, they're too expensive! I don't want you to waste your money on me"
Yuki smiled. "I promised you I would give you my full attention, didn't I? Besides, can't I spoil my darling for a bit?"
Joshua blushed. "I-Its fine, really, I don't need all of this either way.."
Yuki sighed in annoyance. "Stop nagging and try this on!" He pushed him inside with a smile. "Make sure to show me how you look afterwards ok?"
Before Joshua could say anything the other had closed the door on him leaving the burnett alone in the small dressing room. Joshua sighed and looked over at the clothes, groaning in the process. Don't get him wrong, it's not like Joshua didn't like them, in fact, they were very fashionable and nice, but they just weren't his taste. You see, the outfit consisted of tight black jeans and a shirt that was big for him, falling slightly from his shoulders everytime he moved and leaving his collar bones out in the open for everyone to see. Joshua blushed, he felt embarrassed to wear it.
"Darling, are you ready?"
"Yuki" Joshua called out form behind the door. "I think the shirt is a little too big"
"Let me see" Joshua shyly waked out making Yuki smirk. "It's fine, we'll buy it"
"Eh?!"
"I said we'll buy it" Yuki said. "Oh! Leave the clothes on, we still have another store to go and you look good like that"
Joshua hesitantly nodded and grabbed his clothes from inside the room. He thanked the staff and followed Yuki to the register. Once they had checked out, Yuki held Joshua's hand and dragged him to another store, one that seemed to be a hair salon. Joshua panicked.
"What are we going to do here?!"
"To dye your hair silly" Yuki smirked. "What? Did you really think I would date someone who looks this plain?"
Joshua looked down in embarrassment. (Do I..?) Yuki motioned for Joshua to sit in one of the salon chairs and talked to one of the hairstylists that worked there. After a few minutes, the woman smiled and walked over to Joshua where she then started to do her work. Joshua wanted to run away from that place, he didn't want to change his appearance for anything in the world. But, maybe Yuki was right, maybe he was too plain and boring. So, as a result, he let the lady to whatever she was doing to him, and after an hour or three, the hairstyle was finished. Joshua looked at himself in the mirror and gasped. His hair was a light soft pink.
"You look good" Yuki said as he checked him out. "I'm so glad we decided to do this"
(We?)
"Ah!" Yuki exclaimed as he led Joshua out the door. "I bought you something" Joshua watched him dig trough the bags the other was carrying and pull out a smaller bag from it. Yuki opened it and stared at Joshua.
"Close you eyes~" Joshua did as told for the curiosity was taking him over, that is, until he felt a tight feeling around his neck. Joshua opened his eyes in panic and touched the area around it. He turned his phone on and gasped. There laid a choker with a small heart on the middle that completed the whole look. However, a small keyhole stood over it making Joshua ponder. He looked over at Yuki and watched the other smirk.
"From now on" Yuki held a key up high making Joshua gulp. "You are mine. This choker proves that you are" He smirked and Joshua shivered. "Understood?"
Joshua hesitantly hummed in agreement making Yuki flash all kinds of smiles towards him. The raven haired boy continued to grab Joshua's hand and drag him to the food court where he left him there to wait. However, warning signs were flashing in Joshua's head and a scream of help thundered in his ears.
