RILEY'S POV (5 YEARS BACK)
Yesterday was awesome,but nothing good lasts forever.I've never met someone so gentle and patient as Eli,he's been on my mind since last night
His kiss,his hair,his smell!

I am thinking like a perv

But whatever,he is the best.Finally I have found someone who truly accepts me.

Thankfully,my father was not here yesterday or he would have beat me to a pulp

It shows how much he cares about his daughter

I haven't told my mother about how he smashed a beer bottle on my head,I don't want her to worry about anything.

After pulling my hair into a ponytail,I headed downstairs to see my mother,with a black eye......God no!

I locked my room yesterday night,so my dad couldn't beat me.......but did he?

Mom?! I yelled pulling her into a hug,God she looked so hurt

She pushed me away and murmured something

"What is wrong with you!?"oh god!I shouldn't have yelled on her...

"WHAT'S WRONG WITH ME!?YOU UNGRATEFUL LITTLE BITCH,I GAVE YOU A HOME TO LIVE BUT, JUST BECAUSE OF YOU MY HUSBAND TREATS ME LIKE THIS!!!!"

This is not like my mother,why is she acting like this.Dad would beat us to a pokemon if he hear us yelling but thankfully he is not-

Thanks to my luck,the door swung open and there stood my old man

With an expression,that could scare undertaker

'I am so in trouble'

It's been 2 weeks.......fucking 2 weeks,I have been living with that beast for 2 weeks.I am surprised that I haven't killed him till now.

That poor girl,Amberley,

He treates her like a dog,I wonder why Chloe left her with Eli.Afterall she knew how is he.

I still find it funny,how I used to think about Eli.

'The perfect,patient and selfless Eli!

I cringed at that thought,the past can't save me now.I need to think of a plan,a plan that could save me from all the trouble.

Maybe I can make Eli,believe that I love him and when he will leave me alone.I will escape!

That's a plan!he could get manipulated by three words.

Wait,but what about Amberley

'You should take her'

'Why!she is nothing to me!'

'It is your duty'

Voices in my head!

But that's the right thing to do,I am not a monster like Eli!

A voice dragged me out of my thoughts,I turned around to see,a silhouette of a man hovering me.

"Eli?what are you doing here?"I asked

"You need to escape" the man said solemnly

That's not Eli!

"WHO ARE YOU!?ELI!ELI!"I yelled,who is this man

Eli came running inside the room

"No one can hear you here,we are in the middle of nowhere.No one can save you"
He said

"Dumbass!who is that man!?"I pointed towards the door where he was standing

"No one is there" he said amused

I turned around

That man was no longer there.
