Marshall Lee POV
we heard a noise a few feet from us as we both looked into the darkness. I stretch out some wings slowly pulling out large black claws out covering my wing over in front of gumball
"come out coward !"
he touched my wing softly peeking from behind it trying to see who would come out. The bushes began to moved more with a voice from ahead responding back
"coward ! I'm not a coward !"
A human girl with a bunny hat holding a pink sword up high over her head and a cat beside her with orange pacthes jumped out the bush. I raised up my wings quickly as the human girl added on "We'll save you prince !" He shoved my wing to the side looking at the two "Fionna and cake !? It's okay ! I'm fine"
Fionna POV
I put my sword down shoving it inside my backpack looking at cake confused and back at Gumball
"Why are you out this late Prince ?"
He narrowed his eye's turning to look at the shape shifting creature who turned into a vampire "I been asking myself the same thing." Cake added on "hold on so who in the hey is that ?" She stretched her arms pointing slightly at the vampire and stretch them back quickly. He stepped aside looking at him "Fionna, Cake this is Marshall lee. Marshall this is Fionna and Cake" he flew besides him hovering near Prince Gumball looking at me with a smirk
"so are you his girlfriend ?" Cake laughed teasingly, stretching her arm over my shoulder smiling happily. I blushed lightly answering him back quickly once I met eye's with Gumball "N-no !"
Marshall POV
She felt embarrassed quickly once I asked so I began to moved away slowly back with Gumball holding up my fake smirk toward's her and dropped it immediately once I got near him. He laughed awkwardly looking at me "She's not my gf more like my best friend's but anywho what are you two doing near the kingdom so late ?" Cake answered back at him hyped up
"we actually are off to go see a midnight show we were invited too ! you guy's want to tag along ? It's going to be fun and not that far from here" I answered her back before Gumball could "what type of show are we talking about ?" She nod proudly at me
"small concert ! So what do you guy's say" Gumball sighed "I'm glad you guy's consider inviting me bu-" I put my hand on top of his head pushing his head down answering for the both of us "lead the way you two" I wiggle my eyebrows at him as He straighten his eye's at me and suddenly sighed it out smiling warmly at me.
