TUMATAWA si Dana sa biro ng dalawang kabinataang mga anak ng kaibigan ng pamilya nang tumikhim si Lenny mula sa likuran niya. She turned and had to look up to find his grim face.

"Shall we dance?"

"O-of course..." She held her hand out to him, smiling.Without a word, Lenny put his arm around her and swept her onto the dance floor. Binale-wala ang nasusuyang mga mata ng mga kaibigang lalaking sinusundan sila ng tingin.

They danced wordlessly. But Dana didn't mind. She enjoyed the sensation of being held in his strong arms and looking up into his handsome face. There was something very familiar about being held in his arms easily.

Lenny looked down at her. She had a dreamy look. At kontento na ang binatang magsayaw sila nang tahimik. Lenny's lips moved to the top of his head, then he whispered. "You have fiery hair, dulzura. Are your kisses just as fiery?"

Strange, pero iyon halos ang sinabi ni Leon nang isayaw siya nito. But she didn't want to think that she was in another man's arms but Lenny's. And it was him talking, walang iba.

She wanted to indulge herself in a romantic fantasy. That she was being swept by this man and she rode in his arms easily... silently.

Unwilling to end the dream, inihilig niya ang ulo sa dibdib ni Lenny and was about to close her eyes nang mahagip ng mga mata si Cielo na sapilitang hinihila ni Charles na pumasok sa kabilang pasilyo patungo sa guest room na gamit ni Cielo.

She faltered her steps. She wasn't expecting Charles to make a drastic move. Ang ilan sa mga bisita, lalo na ang mga kamag-anak ay alam na ipinagkakasundo si Lenny sa pinsan. At kung magiging mapusok si Charles at may makakita ay mapapahiya si Lenny. Ganoon din ang mga magulang nito.

Bahagya siyang kumawala at muling tumingala sa binata.

"I–if you'll excuse me. B-biglang sumakit ang ulo ko. Gusto kong kumuha ng gamot sa silid ko..."

Sandaling kumunot ang noo ng binata bago, "Of course." Inakay nito ang dalaga paalis sa bulwagan. At bago pa muling makapagsalita si Lenny ay nagmamadaling kumawala mula rito si Dana.
