Downside: well from each universe the power will decrease to stable the universes or increase the powers. Also to be a bit more fair for the enemy but sometimes to make them fear Yami's power but even with Nigh-Absolute Immortality he can be killed by weapons that are made to kill gods. Yes even with Knowledge some of his memories are foggy due to not watching enough episodes.
