Marinette POV
The rest of the day flew by.
I got to know Nath, who is really great. We talked about our hopes and dreams for hours... We even exchanged phone-numbers!
And I know I can't really complain, but I noticed that Adrien was hanging with this Lila girl... And I hate it.
I flop down on my bed and open whatsapp. (I don't know what you use?)

Nath :)
Me: Hi
Nath :): Hey Mari, what's up?
Me: Nothing much. What are you doing?
Nath :): Just sketching. Do you want to FaceTime?

A smile appears on my face.

Me: I would love to.

Nath and I are just talking about regular things, when Adrien walks in.
I smile softly at him, and he does the same.
After that I continue talking to Nath.
"Who's that?" Adrien asks.
"Oh just Nath." I meet his eyes, and I can clearly see hurt flash trough them.
"Oh cool. I'm also going to call Lila. Be right back." He grabs his phone and walks away.
I feel pain swelling up in my heart. Why is this so hard?
I mean... We should be able to have friends from the other gender. No big deal...

"So...", Nath begins, "do you want to hang out sometimes?"
I hesitate. Does he mean this as a date or not?
"Sure, I love to hang out with friends."
He can't hide the sadness that just hit him. I feel really sorry, but I had to do it... I'm still with Adrien.
"When?" I ask, trying to continue the conversation.
"Do you want to hang out tomorrow after school?"
I sigh. "Then I have my fashion internship." His face saddens again.
"But... I'm free after 7?" I can't stand the fact when people I care about are sad...
"Sure!", his face lights up, "My house?"
I smile. "That would be perfect."

The next day was similar to the day before. Great, but exhausting.
I can't wait to hang with Nath though!
I skip to the entrance of the huge building, and go into the lift.
