"Why am I so dumb?" He let out a single tear and dropped his phone on the plush mattress.
"Are you okay lix?" Chan sat down next to him, reaching his arm around Felix's back.
Comfort, and yet at the same time he wanted to bawl. Has that ever happened to you, when someone embraced you? It feels natural to start crying uncontrollably.
He did start crying uncontrollably, and it was heartbreaking for Chan to see.
The two sat in a wrenching silence for a few moments before Felix pulled away from him with a choked sigh and a red face.
The sight crushed the older as heavily as a blanket of regrets, and it scared him.
A reassuring, and somewhat somber smile settled on Bang Chan's face as he shimmied a little closer to the other.
"Do you want to talk?" He asked, breathing in deeply.
Brushing a strand out of his face, Felix spoke, "Changbin told me that he can't reciprocate my feelings." He let out a small sob and looked down quickly.
"I knew he wouldn't like me back but it still hurts."
"I don't know if I can do this, I'm too scared." A long pause.
