1. Red's anger at being reminded of how short he is, is that he fears that will prevent him from protecting those he cares for.
2. this story is meant to be part of a trilogy that I'm just going to call the "Vision Trilogy", if you like a specific one out of the 3 then congratulations you are a fantastic person. :)

Zero's family was enchanted by an animus to have ring markings on their necks, they don't really have a function in aquatic however. they do however flash going from the one closes to the head to the one closest to the wings and speeds up, it only happens when Zero is stressed and/or worried about something.
4. Ocelot loves looking out at the night sky, he even made a bit of a game out of creating shapes by connecting the stars.
5. Snake's father gave his egg to Canda who begged her to "keep the terror safe".
6. Zero, Mizu and Yashi are siblings with Mizu and Yashi being the older sisters. Mizu and Yashi sadly saw their parents die to a dragon bite viper.
