Will you be my date for the Valentine's Dance tomorrow night?

I hand the note over to my girlfriend, and she reads it quickly. Looking up at me, she nods.
"YES!!!" she yells and I blush.
We hold hands and look around, everyone is asking each other to the Valentine's Dance including our best friends.
"Anne! Will you be my date?" Anna holds up a huge sign and Anne leaps into her arms, causing her to drop it.
"I was afraid you would never ask!"
Catherine Aragon opens up her locker, seeing a piece of paper stuck to the inside door. In gold glitter, it says, Catherine Aragon, will you do the honour of being my date? She turns around, sees Jane waiting and quietly nods.
I grin, all of my best friends happy then Thomas Seymour walks up to Cathy.
"Cathy, I love you! Will you be mine at the Valentine's Day Dance tomorrow night?" he begins and Cathy frowns.
"Uh, no Thomas! If you haven't noticed, I have a girlfriend and I'm going with her." she shakes her head, annoyed.
He walks off, mumbling under his breath, "She's gay!" But nothing can put a damper on our mood.
We're together finally!
