                          Life has become harder now,
As we move forward breaking vows,
We decided to stand together through thick and thin,
But barely realized when we let ego win. 
                          It is funny how everyday 
We part even more to our way
We had met once, it was our fate
If we could hold on to that, it would have been great.
                          God certainly wanted us to meet,
But we unfortunately couldn't together keep our feet,
We had decided to part,
In the process shattering many hearts. 
                          Everyone comes to our life for a reason, 
I recall it to be winter season, 
When you taught me how selfish someone could be,
The time you came by to say goodbye finally.
