Unexpected Love

The Tablet of Ahkmenrah part 2

Nicky hide behind us as the lid is completely open. My eyes get wider as Ahkmenrah sit up and turn his head to us. I snap out of my staring as its look like that Larry is trying to talk to him.

"Hey, how are you ? Sorry for bothering you. But,your guys there your jackal guys" I rolled my eyes "Can you tell them to back off ? We're not going to hurt you but they think we are. Can you do it like now ?!".
Ahk turn to the anubis and shout something in Egypt language. Right then, they kneel on one knee and cross their fist on their chest.

"Dad,Eliza ?" Nicky call us as I realize that Ahk has start to open his wrapping from the top.
I grip my knife at the back of my belt and I look away (as much as I love anything about Egypt, I don't want to see alive mummy). I frown as I hear a british voice. "You would not believe how stuffy it is in there" I look up and saw a well tanned face that will admit is a quiet cute.

I face palm when Larry ask "How come you speak english ?". Ahk look around and say "I went to Cambridge University". I'm still fighting in my mind whether to speak or not. So I decide to stay silent and just bow my head down. I basically roll my eyes as Ahk introduce himself with full speech. "I am Ahkmenrah, fourth king of the fourth king, ruler of the land of my father's"

I open my mouth to answer but Larry beat me. "I am Larry....son of Milton..and this is my son Nicky..we hail from Brooklyn well I did, he comes out and stays every Wednesday hmm custody problem" I nearly brust out laughing when Ahk expression shown a deep confusion. But well he manage to cover it up.

"Larry,Nick guardian of Brooklyn" he nod to each of them "I'm forever in your debt". Suddenly he spot me and ask "And who are you if I may ask my lady ?" I snap my head up.

"Aah hmm err I'm Eliza from Las Vegas" I bite on my lip. He bow down and take my hand and kiss it "Eliza, Princess of Las Vegas". I hide my face as I feel the heat crawling to my cheek. Then he look at Larry again. "Now bestow the Tablet upon me so I may assume command on my kingdom"

I look at Larry and give him a 'we are dead' face. He look at me and try to think of what he will say. "Ah yeah the Tablet, we would like to give it to you but we kinda didn't have it now". Ahk stay silent until I decide to speak. "It is stolen, we can get it back though" He nod and start unwrapping again revealing his gold attires.

I stay silent and watch when the anubis throw a large part of the wall to the door. "Thanks !" at the same time Larry say "We will look after him" and they bow down. "Where are we going ?" I ask Larry. He doesn't look back and keep walking "To get help". I roll my eyes in anoyance and suddenly tense up as I feel a presence beside me.

"So" Ahk start talking "Are you Eliza the one who talk and always knock on my sarcofagus ?". I slip a strand of my hair behind (thats my habit whenever I'm nervous). "Err well yeah, sometimes not everyday". He stop infront of me and touch my hand "You wouldn't believe how lonely I'm those days". I smile and try to hide my face away.

Suddenly, we turn around as we hear shouting and screaming. "Oh shit" I murmured. "I'll deal with this" Larry say as he take off running. So basically, Larry run towards The Huns and The Huns vice versa. Finally, they stop in one spot.

One of the Huns, Attila I think, stay to say God knows what in Huns. And Larry reply in somewhat a made up Huns words. Ahk decide to step up. "Pardon me Larry, I speak Hun" he say. I roll my eyes and murmured "Here we go". He begin to say something and turn to Larry. "He said he want to rip you" he say with innocencecy.

Larry sigh "I get it ripping for you...you want to rip things apart right ? And I think its because somebody ripped you long time ago. In here" he touch where maybe Attila's heart is "somebody ripped out love from little baby Atilla didn't they ? A little baby all alone in the tent, whose daddy went off to pillage some town or go and plunder somewhere just doing his job. But who is left alone ? You" suddenly Atilla start to cry and Larry hug him and start to sing in strange language. "You are next" I hear him mumble.
