A Small Box Called Phone

A/n I don't know whether I will continue to Battle of Smithsonia or no because I still plan the plot so maybe I'll stay Alternate for a while.

I wake up and stretch my body. I roll over to my left and....

Thud !

"Ow !" I yelp as my body land on the floor ceremoniously. I hear the door swing opens and a figure stand beside its. "Oh you finally wake up" Larry say. I growl and sit up. "What time is it now ?" I rub my face. "7 am" he answer.

I look at him "So you will be going home like...." I look at my watch "now ?" And as the answer he throw me my bag. "Lets go" he say. I slung my bag and walk behind him. Silence until we reach the front stairs.

"You'll come back tonight ?" he ask. I shake my head "Too tired". "Ahk will be upset" he said. I sigh and start digging my bag, I grab my spare phone and give it to him. "Give this to Ahk and call me" I walk backwards to see his shock face. "Goodbye !" I wave without looking back.

I technically stumble in my apartment and throw my bag on the floor. Then before I know it, I'm asleep before I land on my bed.

I snap my eyes open as that familiar sound reach my half-asleep ears. I groan and grab my phone beside me. I pick it up "This better be important or God help me I'll kill you, revive you and kill you again". No answer, I nearly end it until....

"Eliza, are you alright ?" A voice say. I burst out laughing until maybe you'll think I'm insane or something. "Ahk" I breath out "never will I guess that you will call me" I chuckle.

He hum "Larry taught me how to use this so, he told me to call you". I walk to my balcony and sit on the railings with the open air at my left side and the floor at my right side. "Why don't you come here tonight ?" I sigh "I'm tired"

"Jed told me about something I can do with you with this phone" I sit up as I hear that suspicious sentence.

"What ?" I ask. He hestitate for a while then "Its something called as phone se-". I yelp, as I nearly lost my balance as I heard that two last words.

"That arse" I murmured. "Are you
okay ?" he ask. "Yeah I'm fine" I think 'an inch to the left and I'm dead'. "You know what" I walk to my dresser "I'll be right there" then I hung up.

I walk back to the back door and try to pick the lock, well its hard I admit it. Click ! Gotcha. I push it open and creep up the stairs to the first floor. I land some hi to everyone that could understand on my way. I shrug off my bag, take out my toy gun and hide it under the front desk. Quietly, I walk up to the place where I assume is where the four guys I'm searching for is.

I walk in and signaled to the anubis to stay quiet. I creep behind them and "Give me your money" I aim my "gun" to them. Unfortunately, Larry's nature reflect is to throw his torch to me. And me being caught off guard, land on my butt as the torch hit me at the right side if my forehead.

"Ow !" I press my palm on what I assume is a nasty bruise. Hurried footsteps come towards me and Ahk's face us suddenly infront of me. He frown "Are you alright ?". I glance up "Is it that bad ?". "It looks purplelish" Jed shout to us. Ahk turn his head to him and give him his deadliest glare.

He help me up and guide me to sit beside him. Larry come up to me and start frantically apologizing "I'm sorry, god, I saw the gun first than your face but I just throw the tor--". I held up my finger to silence him "You" I point "are making me dizzy" and I give him a 'shut the hell up' look.

"Uugh" I groan and rest my head on Ahk's shoulder. He take my hand and lock our fingers. Then suddenly I remember why I am here.

"Jed" I look at him "what did you say to Ahk about the phone thing ?". He look suprise and start digging through excuses. "Well, I kind of heard some teenage vistors talked about that thing and I" his sentence trailed on.

Suddenly Octavious kick Jed's leg "Oh come on man up !" Then Oct face me "He decide because Ahk is too 'child in the heart' so he thinks that he can persuade Ahk to do that with you".

I point to Jed "If only you are as big as me, I would like to punch you on the face". Awkward silence. I stand up "You know what, I'm gonna go home." I walk to Ahk and kiss him "Use your phone will ya"

He look at me "This square thing is called phone ?" I chuckle and kiss him and wave goodbye. "I'll be back"

A/n so basically this chapter is only to make the next book's prologue make sense and to make this book seems longer. I'm creating the next book and its title is Can We Learn To Love Again ? And oh yeah the song lyric (which in italics) are from Boyfriend by Big Time Rush.
