Be sure to limit the amount of time you bind.
 Avoid binding while working out
 get the right fit
DONT BIND WITH PLASTIC WRAP, DUCT TAPE OR BANDAGES!
Bind less if you are planning to have top surgery.
if you can't breathe, or if its harder to breathe, listen to your body, take off your binder.
 don't bind at night.
limit a binder to eight to ten hours at most.
 don't shower in it
 don't wear two
don't wear one that is too small.
wearing a binder for too long, especially if you use it everyday. overtime can cause the binder to break down the tissue in your body and cause breathing problems, back pain and skin irritation.

13. DONT USE  LAYERED TRAINING BRAS/TIGHT TRAINING BRAS AS BINDERS! they are uncomfy to wear and can also cause damage. (i did this once..wouldnt reccomend ~ Kiri)

I hope this helps you trans men out there! remember, you are valid!~Clay
