Reaching her destiny, Neith let's go of Nebula just a few meters above land and still lands perfectly on her feet. She opens the door and goes inside. 'See if there is anything on the computer, Nebula.' She deactivates the security system.

'Immediately miss.' The friendly, female robotic voice sounds.

Neith follows with one hand on her waist and looking at the screens. 'Anything on other Numbers?' She gets closer to the computer and types a few commands. But nothing. After starting an analysis, she hacks into the police system. Hoping to find some records. Only to hit the desk with a fist. Still nothing. 'Keep the computer running, Nebula. We have to go looking in the old fashion way.'

'It's alright, miss.' Nebula navigates through other computer systems. 'Analysis is running but no information about other Number cards or where to find them.'

Faintly smiling, Neith goes back to Nebula. 'Get the map up. We don't have to look in the industry area. Or here at the pier. Where have we found the Numbers so far?'

'Mostly in abandoned places or alleys, miss.'

Neith nods to herself. 'Than that's where we're going. Anything on the news about gangs, who act more aggressive or violent?'

The robot keeps typing more commands and multiple hologram screens pop up with different channels of the news. 'Only two gangs.'

'Where are the rapports coming from? Downtown or more on the side?' She wants to know while looking from screen to screen. Hoping to find a clue about a new Number.

'Mostly downtown on the edge,' answers Nebula.

'We'll start there. Let's go.' Neith walks away to the door. 'Keep an eye out for other rapports on the news while we're outside.'

The robot follows quickly. 'I will, miss.' Back outside, the robot get the wings out and attached herself to Neith's back. Flying away to the part of the city that's first to go to.

Wandering over rooftops, Neith makes sure that she won't miss anything with her eyes scanning every alley. Nebula on the other side doing the same. That is until she can hear a heated argument going on. Careful she gets closer to find out where the voices come from.

'I'm telling you, there will be rare cards showing in the museum. It's worth it to check it out. Those cards can be ours. It could be just like the one I have now.'

Neith looks down to see two men having the discussion. Just when she wants to continue, she sees a dark purple aura surrounding the man, who shows a card. A signal to her that the man has a Number card. After all, everyone with a Number card seems to be possessed by it and that shows with a purple glow. More like an aura and she easily recognizes it. Looking up, she finds Nebula and that she's also listening. Gesturing that she's going down and that the robot has to stay. Equally fast, Neith finds her way down, jumping the last few meters to the ground.

'Where do you come from?' Both men seem scared for a second. Only to gain their attitude the next.

'Your worst nightmare.' Neith answers. 'And I'm not leaving until I have that Number card.' Being closer, she can see the card image but also the number on the body.

One man looks at the other. 'So that's what this is. A Number card. It sure is powerful but why do you think you're the one walking away with my card?'

The other shakes his head. 'If you want my card then you have to duel and win it.' He shows also a Number card.

'I will duel you both.' Neith can almost feel the tattoo appear around her eye. Even her duel disc materializes on her wrist. 'But since it's the two of you against me, I'll take slight advantage of six thousand life points.'

'Look at that, she sure sounds confident enough.' The man laughs at his friend.

'She won't be that confident after we beat her. But what's in it for us if we win?' The other wants to know while activating his duel gazer.

Neith can't help but smile a bit. 'Then you'll get my Number card.' She looks at the cards in her hand.

'Let's duel.' Both the men sound at the same time.

'Ladies first.' Drawing the next card, Neith can see a clear strategy to beat them. 'I summon Raidraptor Rudder Strix to the field and by that, I can inflict damage of six hundred. I'll divide it by two, so you both lose three hundred.'

The men lose it but start laughing.

'A monster with zero attack. You might be confident but you lack information about how to duel. Let me show you.'

Neith shakes her head. 'I'm not done yet. Now I summon Raidraptor Pain Lanius and Raidraptor Last Strix, with that I activate Tannhauser Gate from my hand and my monsters get the level of all monsters combined.'

'No one is ever that lucky!'

'Well, I am. With these three I build the overlay network and special summon Raidraptor Revolution Falcon to the field.'

The duel continues and Neith loses some of her life points that she's now down to fourteen hundred. Her opponents have both their ace cards out on the field. Two Number cards. Number thirty-five Ravenous Tarantula and Number fifty-seven Tri-Head Dust Dragon. She just drew her card and it's what she needed. 'I activate Rank-Up-Magic Soul Shave Force, by paying half my life points, I get to summon Raidraptor Ultimate Falcon back from my graveyard. With this card and Ultimate Falcon, I rebuild the overlay network to summon Raidraptor Final Fortress Falcon.' She pays seven hundred of her life points. With this, Neith knows very well that the duel is over. Mostly because the Number cards oppose her have no overlay units anymore. 'Your monster effects are now negated since my monster has an Xyz card as material. Attack.'

'You can't!'

His friend nods. 'Only a Number can take out a Number, we know this already!'

'That is just an effect and since both your Numbers are out of overlay units, I can destroy it.' The first launched attack succeeds and the big spider is destroyed by an explosion. Sending the man flying. 'And since my monster destroys a monster by battle it will allow me to banish an Xyz monster from my graveyard back to the field, who can now attack you. Welcome back Raidraptor Ultimate Falcon, attack that dragon.'

The second man, who was still standing, gets thrown back by the attack. 'It can't be.' He looks up but both monsters are destroyed.

Satisfied Neith sees a picture from herself claiming she's the winner. 'Your Number cards, idiots. Or do I have to take it by force? A deal is a deal.' Coming closer, she notices that the two men barely even pay attention. By that, Neith takes both Number cards from them. 'Thank you for your contribution.' She walks away and puts the cards with the rest in her Extra Deck. Around the corner, she sees Nebula and takes off.

'Nicely done, miss.'

She laughs. 'Two for the price of one.'

Neith's Raidraptor Deck in action.

I will show some duels but not the entire duel. That would make the chapter twice or three times longer. But for now, Neith gained 2 Number cards and the hunt continues. It won't be long or other characters from Yugioh! Zexal will show up.
