And so he decided to find Hyuck himself. He saw Hyuck smiling and laughing, while talking to another boy. Hyuck looked genuinely happy. His smile looked genuine. He was really happy hanging out with the boy.
But Mark couldn't smile. He kept staring at the other boy, wondering why Hyuck was smiling so brightly. Why was it not himself making Hyuck smile. Why that boy wasn't him. Mark felt something he never did before, he disliked the other boy. He wanted Hyuck to stop smiling when talking to him. He thought the other boy didn't deserve Hyuck's smile.
He was jealous.
