Your Quirk is called "Icy Hands"!
When you touch something, an ice shell immediately covers it. Depending on how long you keep your hand on the item, the thicker the ice shell is, and as a result, it gets harder to break.
It can cover living things, like humans, but it takes a lot more effort to produce the ice.
You do have control over your quirk, but it's just easier for you to wear gloves when you're not actively using it.
You take Mineta's place in class 1-A, so he's in class 1-B as a result. Still gross, but in a different class.
