I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you judges to read this before judging, simply because it will probably help you be a little nicer to the participant. After all, these awards are simply here to build confidence.
It's not like the participants will see your judging of them, unless I deem them worthy enough of it, but still, the judging world is very mean, in a lot of ways, and it would be nice if you guys could cut these hard-working writers some slack.
