I woke up to the blinding light. I slowly opened my eyes to see the sunlight radiating off of the window. I leaned myself up against the headboard of the bed.

"You're awake?" A voice croaked out.

I saw my mother's eyes shocked but she swiftly came to me and engulfed me in a hug.

My eyes widened at the unexpected affection, but I slowly hugged her back patting her back.

"What happened?" I questioned.

She wiped her tears off and smiled widely at me.

"Recovery girl said that your rib cage was injured, we both healed you... but it's going to take months to recover." She said slightly sad.

"We also concluded the your collar bone was the most affected, I'm guessing that was because of the wings. I couldn't believe me eyes when you did that!" She exclaimed, handing me a glass of water.

"I forgot to mention a group of girls came and wished you to get well soon whilst you were unconscious, they wanted me to tell you once you were awake." She smiled.

A feeling of warmth spread through my body, the fact they had cared about me and come to check up on me made me feel like I had people to rely on.

"Is the ceremony finished?" I questioned drinking the water from the cup.

"Yeah, Bakugo was first although he was restrained." She chuckled.

"Shoto was second, and Iida and Tokoyami was third, although Iida had to leave for a family emergency and Tokoyami hasn't gotten out of his bed." She said looking down at the floor.

"What do you mean he hasn't gotten up from his bed?" I said standing up.

"(Y/N) be careful you just woke up." She exclaimed worriedly.

"How can I just sit here?" I said angrily.

"He can't use his quirk anymore. You accidentally crushed his rib cage and both me and recovery girl can't heal it." She quietly said.

'What have I done?' My head ached, I once again ruined another person's life.

"I need to see him!" I walked out the door, holding my left collar bone as it stung.

"(Y/N)." My mother said.

"His room number is 275." She looked up at me trying to reassure me.

I nodded and walked away.

I speed walked looking at each side of the hallway looking for the three numbers.

"(Y/N)?"

"Mina." I weakly smiled at her.

Mina ran to me and squeezed me into a hug.

"I was so worried about you!" She exclaimed.

I looked at the door which was slightly open, as the rest of the class watched Tokoyami resting.

"Do you think I should go in?" I asked her.

"Yeah, he's your friend too-"

"Oi Acid bitch, did you get us the water?" I heard Bakugo's voice.

As soon as his voice was heard he walked out of the room in which Tokoyami rested in.

We both looked at each other. His crimson eyes stared into my (E/C) orbs.

"I'll leave you two alone." Mina raised her thumbs up.

"So..." I began.

"He's quirkless now." He stated blankly.
