"Yes, Dear Jay-J. I know who the hell you are. I've known the whole time, love" Fake accent? It surely doesn't suit her. Well accents don't fit anyone if they hadn't actually lived there. The grip around my waist tightens even farther to the point of pain.

I cry out. "Ethan, take her to the edge" Mandy smirks. I'm yanked to the railing. So Ethan was doing this. To think I used to think he was cute in third grade!

Water. No, not water. How far out are we? I'm gonna drown.

I'm gonna Die

I start to hyperventilate. To think I was losing everything before this. Now I'm losing myself, more than I already had.

My legs were dangling over the edge of the boat as I choked on my own screams. "I know you cant swim" Mandy says sweetly. "Don't do this" I plead tears streaming down my face.

Mandy rips off my wig, revealing my dark curls. "Hey at least you die innocent" Mandy says, referring to Jannie. She gestures to my white dress.

"The girl in the white dress" she says, giving me the last push off the edge, sending me falling into the water. I take a last breath as my head falls under the water. I force my eyes open as I fall deeper under water despite my thrashing. I couldn't hear anything. Or see anything but my hair and weeds.

I know you don't care anymore but can I still hold you to your promise Kaden?

I start going lightheaded. The water burns my eyes. Think Jay-J think. Your going to die if you don't! Screw that I'm dying anyway. Calm Jay-J, no need to be morbid.

God Kaden! I know you hate me just save me!

And then I black out.

~~((Kaden's POV!))~~

"Are you fucking insane?!" I yell running to the railing. "She can't freaking swim you psycho bitch!" I exclaim pushing past Ethan and Mandy. I jump off the edge of the boat, landing in the cold water.

I open my eyes as quickly as I can. Bubbles floating around me, obscuring my sight. I resist the urge to call out her name. I swim forward to where she might be.

I can't break another promise.

I catch a glimpse of a white dress. Jay-J. I swim forward as fast as I can, and wrap my arms around her motionless body. I launch to the surface, and push her head above the surface. Mandy and company were already long gone.

I look to the closest shore. The island in the middle of the lake. I swim towards the island, keeping Jay-J above the surface.

I carry her onto shore when I can stand without being underwater. She still wasn't breathing. I lay her on the sand and push her hair out of her face. Now I wish I'd taken that CPR class with Justin while I had the chance. Sure he did it to meet chicks but still.

I start doing my version of chest compressions. Where are the guys? They were supposed to get help.

As if on cue I start to hear sirens. "Helps on the way Jay-J" I whisper. The sputter of motor boats comes close to the island. I run back to the water, "Help!"

The boats draw close to the island, stopping, and EMT's come to the shore. "Where is she?" they ask frantically, trying to sound calm. "Over here" I say showing them to Jay-J.

Two minutes to late

My breathing is a million miles an hour. Our faces are inches apart.

"I-uh- I have to take a shower? Chlorine will ruin my hair" Kaden stutters. He helps me out of the water before retreating the backyard faster than Kaden possible. He's a slow runner, what can I say?

Tyler, Joel, and Justin were laughing to the point of clutching their stomachs. I didn't get it, all I know is Kaden runs like a penguin. "What?" I ask watching the guys, who are now sprawled over the grass in hysterics.

"If we tell you, we'd ruin your innocence, so no. Besides Kaden would kill us" Joel laughed. I mentally cuss him out as I head inside the house. Wet swim suit outside in October isn't exactly comfortable. I leave the glass doors open for the guys to come in when they grow up.
