Chapter 67

*2 years later* (sorry for the skip)

So, today is my birthday, March 23rd, also the anniversary of my parents leaving us. Yeah, I never mentioned that.. mostly because I would either get upset, frustrated, or just.. I don't even know. It reminds me of bad times.

I'm turning 20 this year, the twins are already two, Josh and the boys are 21, and the new addition to the house is turning one. Charli and jaden finally gave in and had a baby, his name is Andy and he's adorable. He's got charlis dark hair and Jadens blue eyes.

"Ma ma!" Maggie said as she ran into mine and joshs room. Josh and I were already awake but we hadn't left the room yet.

"Hey baby girl!" Josh said as he lifted her into the air, giggled filling the room. Next, finna came in so I lifted him and gave him kisses. "I hungy!" Finn said with a mad face on. I looked at josh laughing and I said "ok buddy, go bother uncle Anthony for food." Finn and Maggie giggled and ran out of our room to Anthony's and Avanis.

Josh cane over to me smiling and hugged me. "We got lucky with those little physcos. They are beautiful just like their mama."

"Awe joshy.. I love you." He smiled and before he could respond we heard the kids screaming and giggling with Anthony.

"You two stinkers! Go tell your mama to make you food. Uncle Anthony's sleepy." Anthony said. The twins just giggled, ran to us, and kept asking for food. Finally, Josh and I went to the kitchen and I cooked a quick breakfast for everyone.

Once I finished, everyone was waiting, even my brothers. I don't know when they got here though. "What the heck? When did you two get here?" I asked them.

"Did you not hear the kids screaming? Tayler said with a laugh. I giggled and said "nope, too focused I guess."

"You've also been so busy you forgot something very important for almost two years now." Jaden said while raising an eyebrow.

"What's so important? And don't say my birthday because that's not it. I hate this day actually." I said.

"You never got back into football stupid! That was your life and now you probably suck at it." Bryce said with a laugh. I raised an eyebrow at him and said "you should not be talking mister. And if you think I've gotten bad, let me prove you wrong!"

Jaden smiled and said "alrighty then, everyone get ready.. field trip to the football field!" I smiled and looked at josh. He smiled back at me, then looked to everyone else. He's planning something..

Whatever it was, I wasnt concerned. I ran to our room and changed into my usual football outfit. Nothing special, just a tshirt and shorts with a ponytail. I got the kids dressed too, Maggie in a little track suit and Finn in an tshirt and shorts. Since Maggie's hair was getting long. I put it in a cute little ponytail.

We all piled into the van, yes we still have it. Josh and I had our row with the twins between us, Charli and Jaden had theirs with Andy, and everyone else was scattered around. We drive to the nearby highschool because it had a nice turf field and it wasn't even open as a school anymore. For whatever reason it got shut down last year.

The girls all had the kids on the side while me and the boys went into the field.  Everyone was scared of hurting me.. I don't know why they were, I'm used to it. I went up against bryce because they considered him the best one out of the boys.

Eventually, when we started, I tackled bryce to the ground, grabbed the ball, and ran. I got the touchdown and Jaden said "she's still got it!" I giggled and said "yup, but bryce sure doesn't."

Bryce looked at me and seemed to be shocked. "Oh come on bryce, I'm only kidding with you." I said while giggling. Bryce laughed and we started again. This went on for a while but then everyone shifted positions so that I was against josh.

"What are you doing...?" I asked confused. The boys laughed and said "you'll see." Josh just smiled though. Ugh that smile is to die for.

We started and josh got the ball and started running to the end zone. I ran after him and tackled him to the ground. He didn't get up right away and instead laid their like he got hurt.

"Josh?.. joshy you ok?" I said while kneeling down next to him. He shook his head and said "my shoulder." I started to help him up, but then turned away towards everyone else and said "call a doctor or something!" They just stood there so I turned back towards josh.

My heart skipped a beat when I saw him. He was down on one knee, a ring box in his hand, and he said to me "before you ask, I'm alright. But to make it even better.. Nicole Louise hall can you make me the happiest human being g in the world and marry me?"

I heard Charli cheer from the side and said while tears cane down my face, "yes! Holy fucking shit!" He smiled and slid the ring into my finger. I hugged him tightly before he could get up and we both fell over hugging eachother.

I heard him whisper something to me while we were in the ground. "Once we get home, me and you are gonna go out to dinner. The twins are gonna be with everyone else." I said ok and we both got up.

Everyone was looking at us smiling. Charli handed Andy to jaden, and ran to me for a hug. We both hugged eachother for a while and just laughed.

"You all knew about this?!" I said to everyone as we went to the van. They all nodded. "Mama I have to go potty." Maggie said to me. We decided to stop at McDonalds so we could get food and Maggie can use the bathroom.

I brought Maggie to the bathroom and she did her business and washed her hands, of course. But when we got out of the bathroom, a boy cane out of the men's room and stared at me with a smile. It then clicked to me who it was.
