11.The Enemy

They said it's time to go. They chained me up to follow them. I was weak and they were two
If I did try to escape they would probably kill me.

We went to a place in the middle of the forest,
I don't know why this place.

" alright, today we kill our enemy and you little girl, " the men says, I still don't know his name.

I hope Alex has a good plan, they just wanted to kill alex, why? Did they have something in the past, or do they just want to kill the king.

They stopped, I guess this is the place.

I saw alex there. I gasped.  He was alone.
Why?

" Olivia. " alex says, I thought he would be sad to see his mate betraying him like this, but
It was the opposite as though he just wanted to kill her.

" hello, boss, I knew you would remember it. " she says, giggling.

" cut it, what do you want? " he says.

" don't you know alex, I will finish what your father started. " she says, what did she mean finish what his father started.

" now, now Olivia let's not jump into it right away. Alex nice to meet you, clever to come alone or I would rip Katherine's throat out. "
The men says.

A low growl escapes alex's mouth

" who even are you? " alex says.

" my name is crimson dashiell, Olivia 's uncle, and the only dashiell's left do you know why? "

What is going on here?

" wait let me give a hint, so that you and your precious girlfriend will understand it. "

" do you remember declan, your bastard of a father, he killed my mate, my family, he killed Olivia's father and mother, he killed all of dashiells. "

They are trying to kill alex and me.

" that's what you believe? " alex says, giving fake laugh.

" you don't even know the half of it, you stupid dashiells. " alex replies.

What does he mean by the half of it, there's more ?

" you never thought why my father did it, did you? Alex says.

They both are silent.

" Olivia's father killed my mother!" alex says.

Both of them stare in disbelief.

" my father went insane when his only lover his only mate died, why did your father killed my mother Olivia do you have any idea? " he yelled.

" he killed my mother for fun, for FUN, they were friends, you probably don't know that either. " he says, looking at her with a disgusted face.

" and what do you think my father did, he sweared on his life to kill all the dashiells and end their bloodline for eternity. "

" I don't believe you " Olivia says.

" believe it or not, it's the truth. "alex looked at me to see any signs of injury.

" you did trick me into loving you, after all you are my mate I didn't even noticed you changed your second name. " alex says staring at her and

" but know you mean nothing to me, we are nothing but enemies. " alex says.

I looked at her, and I remembered myself
when Xavier broke the mating bond.

I could feel the anger in the air. She looked at me with anger and vengeance.

She attacked alex in a split second, I saw alex fighting her to death.

Then I noticed crimson walking away from the fighting and looked at me. He was sad.

He smirks " we will see each other again Katherine, but next time I will kill you myself."

No he can't get away I need to do something, but I was pathetically weak, why now?

Then I felt something, power, strength, and I saw myself get up from the ground and run towards crimson.

He looked at me shocked by how I got up, believe me crimson metoo.

I looked over alex on the ground injured.

I had to do it. Then all I heard was the sound of breaking ribs and crimson gasped blood spilling out of his mouth.

Then I pulled my hand away, his lifeless body collapsed on the ground and his heart in my hands.

"Noooo. " Olivia screams.

She runs to me to attack but I saw claws appear on her throat then Alex ripped her throat out.

She hit he ground her hands on her throat, then her body collapsed on the ground like crimsons.

I saw alex looking at me.

It's all over, Alex won't die tonight, we survived.

Then I hit the ground and darkness took over
All I heard was alex shouting my name.
