He crawled over to daichi and hugged him

Daichi tensed up and snapped out of his thoughts to notice tears going down his face

To respond to Sugas statement he only nods he hugs him back gripping onto his hospital gown

All the stress and worry he knew he was supposed to be the alpha but he couldn't help it

Suga rubs his head as he pushes a button to call for a doctor

He lets go of his shaking mate and kisses his forehead

"It's ok baby" he said caressing his cheek as his mate hiccuped trying to fight back his emotions

The doctor came in even though he was an alpha the pheromones were strong telling him to go away or else

He took a deep breath staying by the door

"Have you made your decision mr.Sugawara"

"Yes. You can induce my labor anything I just want to see my baby even if it's only one time..."

The sound as a crying alpha in pain and heartbroken only filled the room

Suga nods before being being silenced the whole room went quiet

Daichi was mewling and whining not wanting his mate to leave him

"Daichi..." suga felt his heart ultimately shatter to see his mate even just hear it in this much pain hurt him

No matter how much physical pain the alpha went through never made him like this he mentally unstable he didn't know what to do it was like his alpha instincts vanished out of thin air
