Chapter 3

Sofia's POV: It took me 20 minutes to get to my apartment because of the traffic, when I got to my apartment I went straight to my room to change into my Skims cozy knit set and then I went to my kitchen for some water. I had the apartment for myself cause the girls went out for dinner they asked if I wanted to come, but I had a meeting. I was checking some mails on my phone when I got a text.

As soon as I texted him back I got a FaceTime call from him. "Hello Noah" I said with a British accent "hi Sofia" he said "oh you're talking to Sofia, hi bitch " Dixie said "hi Dixie".

Noah and I talked for about an hour, we got to know each other he seems really nice, Andrea will die when she founds out that I just had a FaceTime call with Noah, but I don't think the girls are coming back till tomorrow it's a Friday night which means they are drunk asf right now.

I went to my room and took out my journal, I like to write my thoughts once in a while.

July 15 2020

Today was a great day, the meeting went great and in 4 days I'm flying out to LA to meet with the girls, I miss them so much they're like family to me. I also met Noah beck today and I'm ngl he is one of the hottest guys I have ever met, I don't think I like him after what happened with Justin I'm not allowing myself to like someone, it is always a casual hook up, but even though I really don't want to be heartbroken again, the thought of dying alone scares me. I haven't talked about this with no one I don't think no one will understand, they always tell you that not everyone is the same and that not every man are cheaters, but just the thought of me being in the same place I was when I found out Justin was cheating on me disgusts me, I felt so embarrassed, dumb, useless it still hurts looking back at that time. I'm kind of confused about what I want, so I think I'll just live in the moment.

I put my journal in my drawer and went to bed, it's sad that I'm not doing anything on a Friday night and that I'm by myself, but I don't care I'm happy by myself.

3 days later

"Dude I'm going to miss you so much" Emma said, today I'm finally flying to LA, my flight takes off at 9:45pm and it was currently 6:00 pm. The girls and I are in my room I am finishing packing, while the girls are just laying in my bed.

"You have to call us every night, and as soon as you hook up with Noah you FaceTime me, it doesn't matter what hour it is I will want to hear every detail" Andrea said "omg can you shut up about Noah, first of all if I do hook up with him I won't tell you every detail, that's just disgusting and second you don't know if he's single or even interested in me" I said. " fine chill bro" Andrea said laughing, so I started laughing, we can't take anything serious it doesn't matter how hard we try.

Andrea and I are the type of people who will laugh at everything, even at funerals, while Emma is more chill, so she kind of balances the friend group. That is kind of the reason people call us "the chaotics".

I finished packing an hour ago right now I'm talking to my mom and the girls are watching greys anatomy "yes mom I promise I'll take care of myself" I said "well you better call when you're at the airport" my mom said "si ma, te quiero" "i love you too" she said before ending the call.

It was getting late so I went to say bye to the girls "bebes it's getting late so I'm gonna go" both of them stood up and came to give me a hug. "We'll miss you" "I'll miss you too, bye" I said heading to the door "oh and please don't throw parties in the apartment and no Emma you can not use my bathroom" "ughhh I hate you" "no you don't" I said before closing the door.
