Prussia x Reader

You sat next to your fireplace on the floor, a cup of hot chocolate in hand. Currently, you were waiting for your best friend and crush, Gilbert, to come over and play video games. It was taking him longer to get to your house due to snow and traffic, so you were passing the time by getting lost in your thoughts.

Humming, you stared at the window, watching the snow slowly fall. It seemed like only seconds passed before your doorbell rang. "Coming!" you yelled, quickly standing up and setting your now-empty cup down on the coffee table nearby.

You opened the door to find Gilbert standing there with Gilbird sitting on his head. "Hey there (Y/N), the awesome Prussia is here!" he yelled out with a dumb smile making you blush and giggle. You stepped to the side, signaling he could enter. As he walked in, the wind blew directly in your house making you slightly tremble.

"Brrr."

"Are you cold?" he asked, turning to look at you.

"Yeah."

"Don't worry! The awesome Prussia can help with that!" He hugged you, but after a few seconds he let go. You turned your face to the side, hoping he wouldn't see your red face.

"Huh? I think my awesome hugs must have been too unawesomely warm."

After three hours of playing video games, the two of you started to get slightly tired.

"(Y/N)? Would it be fine if I stayed here for the night?" Gilbert asked, turning to you.

"Of course!"

"Awesome!" he yelled with another dumb smile on his face. "Since I'm gonna sleep here, could we watch a movie?"

"Yeah. I have tons of movies! Like comedy, action, adventure, drama, romance, horror- just tons of different types!" you exclaimed. "What do you want to watch?"

How Gilbert was trying to decide, Gilbird happily hopped in your lap. You started to gently pet him as Gilbert finally answered.

"I'd like to watch some action." he looked over at you. "You can choose which one."

"Alrightly!"

You jumped up and quickly hurried over to a bookshelf that held both books and movies. After searching for a bit, you found your favourite action movie and popped it into your gaming console.

The movie you picked out was around 1/2 of the way through now and you could feel your eyes wanting to close. You slightly pushed your blanket down a bit so you could feel colder and stay awake. Looking over at Prussia, you could see he was getting a bit tired too. You slowly grabbed some popcorn and ate it, hopeing food would now help you.

After a few minutes of trying, you felt Prussia's arm on your shoulders. A dark blush covered your face as you quickly looked at him. His face was turned a few inches away and had an obvious blush.

Instead of staying still, you moved in closer to him. He looked surprised, which made you giggle. "The awesome Prussia looks a bit shy," you said teasingly.

Gilbert looked surprised. "I'm not shy," he said, sticking his tongue out at you.

"Then prove it," you responded, also sticking your tongue out.

Without warning, he cupped your cheeks and quickly kissed you. You stared at him with wide eyes. Before he could move away, you kissed him back, making this kiss longer than the last. The two of you kissed more and more until you were both making out.

It seemed to last forever until you and him stopped and gasped for breath. "Wow." was all you could say. He smirked at you.

"See, I'm not shy."

"I believe you," you responded quickly.

"So, how about a date sometime?"

You nodded your head 'yes' and cuddled into his side as he wrapped his arms around you. Before you knew it, both you and him had fallen asleep on the couch.
