(AN sorry for no update yesterday I just had to go to a friend house)
Ash POV
Today I had no battles or battles that I needed to go to so I did my daily training format.
4:30 am wake up and go to the training area and wake the others up.
5:00 am start stretching.
5:30 am do a 25 mile run as fast as you can.
6:00 am take a breather and do a light work out in the weight room.
6:30 am close combat training (AN not the move close combat just like punches and kicks)
7:00 am eat breakfast/rest and talk.
8:00 am move training/perfecting moves and learning new moves.
9:00 am meditation with lucario.
10:00 am quick spars.
11:00 am use strongest attack to increase stamina and strength.
12:00 pm eat lunch.
1:00 pm work on what ever you want.
3:00 pm speed training.
4:00 pm battle tournament/ humans sparing with each other and lucario.
5:15 pm battle tournament finals humans watch.
5:30 pm free time to do what ever training.
7:00 pm dinner.
8:00 pm heavy duty training.
9:00 pm meditation.
10:00 pm sleep.
Repeat.
