I have to gain better control, I have to make sure the girls don't find out the truth I say to myself

They almost found out the truth they were so close to finding out what's happening

I started heading up to practice and then I spotted a nearby bin and I chucked my lunch in it

I also can't let AJ find out what's going on she'll know what's wrong straight away as she knows when I'm lying had its getting harder to lie to her so I might have to start avoiding her and our friends

"I see you took my advice" a voice said I knew who that was, that annoying voice

I rolled my eyes at her

"What do you want" I asked her

"Well I see you listened to me avoiding your friends, not eating, going to practice and always going to the gym" she said smugly

"Why are you doing this you know I don't like hurting my friends" I said looking at her with a furious look

"I'm doing this for your own good, you don't want the others to find out the truth do you, and you need to stay away from AJ from now on" she firmly told me

"But why AJ, she's my best friend and shell want to know why I'm acting weird you don't know how hard it is to lie to AJ" I said getting defensive

"Oh I know you're best friends but if you want your secret safe then you better stay away, now you're going to tell AJ, that you don't want to be friends anymore and I'm doing this for AJ" she said laughing

"Why should I listen to you" I said putting my hands on my hips

She then came face of face with me

"I'm warning you once and only once if you don't do what I say then something bad will happen" she glared at me

"What's that supposed to me" I glared back at her

"That's for me to know and for you to find out so watch out CRASH!" She giggled and pranced off her head held high

I sighed continued walking to the track field trying to get my mind off my problems but I can sort them out later

I dumped my bag on the ground and did a few warm ups before running

I then grabbed my phone and plugged in my earphones and put my music on and then started to run

I enjoyed it I liked the feeling running gave me a sense of freedom a way to escape from all my problems

But this time I couldn't enjoy it I was out of breath easier then I usually do which confused me my body ached at me to stop but i couldn't give in I couldn't be seen as weak

I'm one of the most athletic and strongest girls at the school and I can't be seen as weak and if others see me as weak then it wouldn't end well for me

I finished ten minutes later and I was out of breath which was unusual as I can keep going for ages

I went over to the benches gasping for breath I was also sweating too, I took a drink from my bottle of water

Then I heard it

"Dash!" I turned around and saw AJ running up to me again

I really didn't want to face her right now and on top of that it was embarrassing that I was out of breath and sweaty too

I then got nervous when I heard those four words

"We need to talk"

Hey guys finally another chapter im not sure if you can see this due to Wattpad acting up again

Hope this chapter was ok it was quite short but I'll try to make a longer one next chapter
