ya know, this might not be for all readers, but one of my biggest pet peeves is when I'm looking through a persons profile or especially when i look up a certain type of fanfiction (lets say, for example, I'm looking for bucky barnes fanfictions) and i find an interesting looking book, and i'm like, 'oh this looks cool, ill read this' but it says, marvel OC beside the title and the book cover is with an OC. and then i'm confused. I look at the tags and it's got steve rogers, and natasha romanoff, and it even includes bucky barnes, but I'm not sure if this is a bucky barnes fanfiction. and then i read the description and it's some quote or something. so im just like, "okay, i could waste my time reading this thing and it end up being a stucky fanfiction, or i could just go find another book" so, i HIGHLY recommend that you include what kind of fanfiction you're writing, somewhere OUTSIDE the book. make it apparent that this is the fanfiction you're writing. it helps your readers and helps you get more readers. and it's also just really annoying. I rest my case
