RUBY'S POV

I have been sitting here for hours now... the others are already sleeping but I have just been sitting here on the hotel's roof looking at the moon, I couldn't get my mind of Y/N...

FLASHBACKS STARTS

Y/N: "How come you are always so good at this game!" He said laughing.

Ruby: "I had plenty of practice competing against my sister, while I may not have beaten her it has made me the second-best Grimm Eclipse player out there!" I replied proudly.

Y/N: "You sure are darling~" He said and kissed me suddenly, sending me into bliss. Before I knew Y/N had started another round and was beating my ass!

Ruby: "Hey! that's cheap!" I shouted.

Y/N: "All is fair in love and war!" He said laughing.

Y/N and I were cuddling against a tree in the courtyard, He had his head on my lap and I was playing with his hair.

Y/N: "Ruby?" He asked breaking the silence.

Ruby: "Yes honey?"

Y/N: "Am I a good boyfriend?" He asked looking scared.

I was shocked how could he be asking that when he was the most caring person in the world?

Ruby: "Of course! what makes you even ask that? you are amazing to me and I couldn't imagine my life without you" I replied hugging him tightly.

Y/N: "I glad to hear that, I just got concerned after talking wit-" He began before I cut him off.

Ruby: "It doesn't matter what others think or say about us! you make me happy and that's a fact, so stop worrying baby"

Y/N: "I love you, Ruby"

Ruby: "I love you too Y/N"

I was just sitting with Y/N and processing everything after what happened at Haven...

Suddenly Y/N turned to face me and took both of my hands with his, he looked serious and scared.

Y/N: "I know this is coming out of nowhere, but I don't know if there ever will be a perfect moment for this..."

Y/N: "After everything that happened...Beacon and now Haven, and who knows what will happen on our way to Atlas and once we arrive there...but I know one thing, no matter what path we take and what happens on that path...I want to spend the rest of my life with you."

He went down onto his knee in front of me and got a ring out.

"Ruby Rose...will you marry me?" He asked looking more determined and scared than I have ever seen.

Ruby: "Y-yes! of course!" I shouted while hugging him tightly.

And now after everything that we went through he's gone, taken away from me, but he fought with everything he had until the end, if it wasn't for him I and the others wouldn't have made it to Vacuo.

My Aura finally shattered after I've been wearing it down with a knife.

Ruby: "Don't worry Y/N...I-I'll join you and then we can m-marry finally and be happy."

I threw the knife away and jumped from the roof.

TIMESKIP - MORNING - TEAM WBY&JNR

THIRD PERSON POV

WBY & JNR have woken up and were wondering where Ruby was, and all of the staff was on edge looking around nervously. After wondering about it for 2 hours Yang had enough and peaked her head out of the door of their room and waved a staff member over.

Yang: "Excuse me sir but why is everyone so on edge? what happened" She asked as the staff member only looked away.

Staff Member: "Didn't you see the news ma'am?" Before Yang could ask what he meant he left.

Weiss: "What did they say?" She asked as Yang just walked over to the CCTV and turned it on.

TV: "This morning at the Weber Hotel staff members found the corpse of Huntress Ruby Rose, police investigation revealed her death to be the result of suicide"

Yang: "W-what..."
