"Hey Sam, I'm sorry for all the years I've treated you badly. Mother is devastated about the news that you've gone missing. And I'm not going to lie, I kinda miss your presence. How's Kai? I hope he's doing good. Please come home or at least call someone telling us you are ok. I love you and am truly sorry for all the names I've called you and all the things I've done. It's your choice to be gay, well it's not really a choice but i respect you either way. I love you Sam. Goodbye." 

I start to silently cry. Does he really mean it? Should I call him? Should I pretend he never called me? I'm gonna call him later today. Maybe. I decide to open Devyn's texts. 

Dev<3: Sammy, I'm starting to get worried. Why weren't you at school today? Why aren't you picking up?

Dev<3: Sammy?

Dev<3: Please answer your phone....

Dev<3: Please tell me you're ok!

Dev<3: Sam, this isn't like you! Please text me back you're scaring me!

Sammy<3: Hey Dev, so I can't really talk about what happened to me right now. All I can tell you is that I am ok, I'm staying with this nice man and he's keeping me safe. I promise. I'll ask if  I can talk a little later. I love you. Xxx

Dev<3: Oh thank the lord!!! You're ok!! I got so scared! But why cant you tell me anything? Xxx

Sammy<3: I'll explain later when I know i wont get in trouble for telling anyone. I just can't just yet. You'll understand once i tell you. I love you and I promise i will! Xxx

Dev<3: Ok bb! Love you!! Xxx

Sammy<3: Love you too! Xxx

I feel movement come from Colby. I look over at him only to be met with bright blue eyes looking back into my sky blue eyes. "Hey Sugar plum, how'd you sleep?" He asks with his sexy-no Sam you can't think that! "I slept fine. How did you sleep?" I ask smiling down at him as i was sitting up and he was still in a sleeping Colby position. "Good. But only fine? What happened?" He asked with worry and tiredness laced in his expression. I grabbed my phone and showed him all the missed calls. "Oh do you.....want to respond?" I nod my head. "Ok you can tell them the truth if you want...maybe even get someone to pick you up. You wouldn't want to be here with your kidnapper anyway." He says quickly getting up. "Wait Colby!" He turns around looking at me. I notice a tear falling down his face. I-i don't wanna l-leave..." I say quietly starting to cry again. To be completely honest I don't want to leave Colby. I feel oddly safe around him. "Of course you do! You probably have the perfect life! You have like 500 missed calls! People actually care about you!!" I let small sobs escape my mouth. " My life might look perfect. But I can promise you right now it's far from that." I say tears streaming down my face. Colby walks over to me and sits next to me. "What do you mean?" He asks putting a hand on my thigh."J-just listen..." I say playing my fathers' voicemail. When it was finished Colby pulled me into a hug. "I'm so sorry Sugar. I didn't know.""I-it's ok. C-can i call someone to tell them I'm ok and not dead?" He nods his head. "Yes you can. You can tell them everything but p-please don't leave me..." He says quietly looking down. "I won't. I don't want to anyways." "I'm gonna make lunch you talk to people ok?" I nod my head watching him smile and walk out the door. 

I open my phone again. Who should I call first? I'll call Dev first. I tap her contact hearing her pick up on the first ring. "Hello?" I ask knowing she tends to answer without looking at the contact. "Oh my god Sammy!!" I hear her scream followed by multiple different 'Is it really Sammy?'s  "Yes it is he." I say quietly giggling. "Who all is with you?" I ask wanting to know who the first 'Is it really Sammy came from. "Xepher, Griffin, Tara, Jake, Corey, and Uncle Elty." "Are you on speaker?" "Indeed she is." I hear Uncle Elty say. "O-ok then. Hello to everyone there then!" I say hearing hellos come from everyone. Not gonna lie I am kinda scared to explain what happened to me. "What happened Sammy?" I hear Griffin ask. So I explained every detail that Colby told me to them. Even about Colby leaving out his name cuz I didn't know if he was comfortable sharing his name yet. "Are we gonna be able to see you again Bubba?" I hear Jake ask. "I thin I can talk about a time and day that all of us can meet up and you guys can meet Co-him! He's nice so I'm pretty sure he'll say yes." God danggit I almost revealed his name! I gotta be more careful. "What's his name?" Xepher asks. "I don't know if I can say. I'm sorry I just don't wanna risk anything." "It's fine Sammy. We love you just know that ok?" "Ok! Love you guys too!" I say with a little sniffle. "Bye Sammy!" They all say in unison. "Bye bye guys!" I say as i hang up.
